Pros: The apartment is perfect, I couldn't find any fault, even though I've been to many places. The roof terrace and the view are great, the location is also cool, quiet and safe, so I highly recommend it.

Excellent location, amazing facilities. The flat was clean and big enough for a family of three!
Pros: We loved the living room area! It was cozy and well thought! The flat was clean and the location is amazing, a few meters away from Syntagma square. One of the best properties we've even stayed in Athens! :)
Cons: The breaksfast was really nice, though as we travelled with an one year old, the kid's menu wasn't something he could have. Except the bread and egg.

Great stay.
Pros: Amazing accommodation 5 minutes away from Syntagma square. The apartment is very modern, equipped with everything you need, all of the best quality. Very large breakfast including both: savory and sweet options. Maybe too large for us. Everything very delicious. Coffee machine in the room. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We'll be back with great pleasure!

Pros: The apartment is lovely, nicely decorated, has everything you need for a stay, including full set of toiletries, toothbrush withtoothpaste, robes, slippers etc. I appreciated that as my luggage was delayed and I had non of my own clothes/cosmetics. The was a set of fruits and a small wine waiting for me too. The bed was very comfortable, AC working properly. I loved the big windows, lots of light and a view from the terrace. Location is perfect. I would definitely stay there again.
Cons: There was some confusion at the beginning which I did not fully understand. I arrived to see that I received a different appartment than I had booked. The manager said it was an upgrade, as the appartment was bigger, more spacious, but I purposely did not choose this one while booking as it was on a lower floor and I cared the most about the light, view and a terrace. But when I communicated it is not the appartment I booked the series of confusion started. First the manager acted like he didn't know anything about it. When I showed him which one I did book, then he said it was un upgrade. Then when I asked to switch to the one I prefer and booked first he said there are guests there, but when I insisted on not staying in given apartment he promised to check what he can do and it turned out there was nobody the appartment I booked. I was offered to switch for that apartment , so I did, but the moment I stepped in I noticed the floor was dirty, not vaccumed (full of crumbs hair and dust) so I asked for a cleaning lady to drop by and vacuume (small apartment, literally takes max 3 min and I heard her in the staircase). But the manager said she left and will only be back the next day during her room service hours. But then he began to explain why the floor is dirty saying the other guests that were supposed to stay in this apartment are arriving late at night and the cleaner was supposed to come again later that day to vacuume the floor fresh. So if she was to come later to vacuume the floor, why I am being told she doesn't work in the afternoon and will come the next day? I felt all these explanaitions do not ud up, many things I was being told was contradictory. At times it felt made up, which was really confusing and unpleasant. I really did not care why the floor was dirty, I was focused on fixing it quick, as I couldn't even walk there without the shoes on and had my bussiness to do in Athens.

Excellent stay with perfect location.
Pros: Excellent and safe location. Easy to walk to main attractions. Metro station is conveniently located nearby. Clean and modern apartment with a dishwasher and washing machine. The residence manager, Mr. Panos Liakos, is super friendly.
Cons: The breakfast box should vary from day to day.
