דירה מאוד נחמדה, מתאים גם למשפחות.

Pros: הדירה הייתה גדולה ונקייה והם קיבלו אותנו עם קפסולות למכונת קפה ושוקולד וזה היה נחמד.מתאימה למשפחה כי יש מטבח גדול, סלון, פינת אוכל ושני חדרי שינה נפרדים. יש מכונת כביסה ואפילו מרפסת קטנה ליבוש הכביסה. ממוקמת 2 דקות מתחנת מטקסקורגיו . מתחת לדירה וברדיוס הקרוב יש כל מה שתצטרכו. מכולות, סופרים, מסעדות, בית קפה מצויין עם ארוחות בוקר ואפילו כנסיה. נוח מאוד. יש גם מרפסת קטנה חמודה בחדר ההורים שצופה לרחוב. בימי רביעי יש שוק ממש מגניב מתחת לבית ולאורך כל הרחוב. מוכרים בו פירות, ירקות, צעצועים, בגדים ועוד... היה נחמד להתעורר בבוקר ולראות את השמשיות של השוק. זה מרגיש כמו אזור מאוד תיירותי כי יש ליד הדירה גם בתי מלון. נראה שיש כל מה שצריך בדירה, אבל היינו זוג ולא בישלנו שם.

Cons: ריהוט מיושן ולא עדכני, יש אמבטיה קטנה, לא בטיחותית למבוגרים.
