100m2 Luxury Apartment in the Heart of Athens - Living Stone Emerald

Pros: Big apartment, 3 big bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, every nice terrace

Cons: Not very safe area, it was scary walking there after dusk,

Pros: Good location , nice tarace, easy to find , good and easy contact with the owner, keys in box

Cons: Is not luxury, normal one

Pros: Apartment was great, for the price and being a 3 bed with a balcony it ticked all our boxes. Facilities were great, and it was nicely decorated and importantly, clean. Communication was very easy, polite and friendly service.

Cons: Location is a little way away from the main sights, however has a mini market 1 min away, and the metro is very close too. Felt safe walking along main roads at night in a group, would be wary as a woman alone, but that's true of any city.

Pros: The apartment was clean and comfortable, and everything went smoothly. The highlight was the great terrace, which we really enjoyed during our stay.

Pros: Cleanliness of the apartment. The owner provide us with what we wanted. There was washing machine, coffee etc.. Spacious apartment.

Cons: The area where it is located. there were beggers and drug addicts in the road if you turn rightside of the apartment. One one person could travel in the lift at a time.

Great base for transport links, and nice size for a group

Pros: We loved the space, a real good size location for 5 lads out for the marathon weekend. Facilities were all covered, decent living area and balcony space, plus 2 toilets, shower and washing facilities. 1 double room and then 2 twin rooms. Good location for transport links. Couple of nice local bars out within a few minutes walk.

Cons: No bowls. Have reported back to the lender so hopefully they'll replace. Exterior of the property and the stairs/lift going up is a bit shabby. And NEVER turn right out of the apartment, always go left. Literally 2-3 roads down is a real derelict/slum area. Homelessness and drugs rife on the streets there, so sad to see.

Pros: The place is really nice and close to metro station and nice food

Cons: The check-in is at 15 and the check-out at 11, and you can’t do early check-in or late check-out, so you need to be prepared for this

Very modern , clean and well appointed apartment in Athens

Pros: The property was very clean and modern with all the comforts of home, beautifully appointed bedrooms and decor.

Cons: The location was a little rough but with good eateries and bakeries, great for our family of 7

Pros: Very nice apartment with everything you need (except wine glasses, only 2). We loved the terrace. Kind and responsive host.

Cons: Surroundings are not the best.

Very enjoyable stay, good communication from Alex and would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Very clean, modern and spacious. Good location next to a Metro stop. A lot of good cafés around the square. No issues with the area, we felt safe and it seems fine at night as well

Cons: The only thing that was a very slight issue was the very ancient lift that only fitted one person at a time. Therefore, most times when we got back two of us would have to climb five flights of stairs. However, we knew this before we came and therefore I wouldn't say it was a problem, as long as you are relatively fit.
