Perfect Spot in Athens

Pros: We stayed at the flat for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time there. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Dimitris was also very responsive, which made communication easy. The flat is in a nice building, and both the kitchen and bathroom are brand new. There’s a restaurant just across the street that stays open late — if you're sensitive to noise, earplugs might help, but we were fine. In fact, we had dinner there and loved it! The neighborhood has a great vibe. Great spots to eat around and underground and supermarket close by. There's also a beautiful sunset spot just 10 minutes away. If I come back to Athens, I would definitely stay here again. Efharistó!

Cons: Pillows could be improved. For us were too tick so not the best during a night sleep.

Quiet private stay in a comfortable apartment in one of the best areas

Pros: Very clean, comfortable, modern, has all the facilities and equipment

Pros: The apartment is very pleasant. It is clear that it was recently renovated with very modern facilities. In my perspective, for the feeling of staying there, it is even more important that this was done with good aesthetic taste. The appartment has everything you might need - from washing machine (and all the cleaning materials needed) to a yoga matress. The kitchen is big - a room in itself including a convenient place to sit (I spent much of my time with the laptop there). The kitchen is very well equipeed (the fridge is huge, the electric stove strong and there are more electornic facilities i did not need). There are plenty of plates, cups etc, varied in type and design - and like the interior design they were chosen with good taste. Besides the bedroom there is an entrance-hall, very nice bathroom, a service-balcony and a very pleasant balcony overlooking the street (could sit there forever). Air-conditioning is effective. Wifi is strong and reliable.

Great well equipped apartment in a non touristic beautiful (for Athens) neighbourhood

Pros: Very nice apartment fully equipped with everything needed even for long stays. The landlord is very polite and helpful The neighbourhood is vey authentic even for me (I m Greek!) Strongly recommended

Pros: Plein d’équipements à disposition ce qui est très appréciable. Bon emplacement proche des métros et des petits restos autour, 30 min à pied du centre ville.

Cons: -Difficulté à récupérer les clés à notre arrivée. -Bruit le soir car un bar se situe en face de l’appartement

Ideal für die individuelle Erkundung Athens!

Pros: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal. Hervorragende Infrastruktur in nächster Nähe und Möglichkeit, Athen zufuß zu erkunden. Interessanter Weg über den Filopappou nach Monastiraki etc. - Der Gastgeber Dimitris ist überaus freundlich und nett.

Pros: Este un cartier select, autentic grecesc, locuit de greci, placut, foarte aproape de metrou, la o statie de zona centrala turistica. Comunicarea cu proprietarul excelenta. Am gasit apartamentul curat, perfect functional, cu toate dotarile necesare, modern si proaspat. Am apreciat foarte mult terasa umbrita iar serenadele grecesti de seara date de cate o trupa in trecere prin zona au dat o atmosfera de vacanta sejurului. Terase si restaurante in apropiere, magazin alimentar, patiserie, macelarie la 2 pasi. Restaurantul de langa apartament este foarte placut, meniu original si ieftin. Strada de sub balcon putin circulata, nu e zgomot deranjant de masini. Patul foarte bun, baia si bucataria deosebite.
