Pros: Η περιοχή ήταν καλή με όλα τα μαγαζιά, εστιατόρια, μπαράκια δίπλα. Το σπίτι είχε άνετο κρεββάτι, καλό κλιματιστικό και wi-fi. Ο δρόμος ήταν ήσυχος χωρίς φασαρία. Είχε βασικό εξοπλισμό καλής ποιότητας (π.χ. σίδερο ρούχων, πιστολάκι για τα μαλλιά, πλυντήριο). Ο ιδιοκτήτης απαντούσε γρήγορα και ανταποκρίθηκε στο αίτημά μου για καθυστερημένο check out με επιπλέον χρέωση.

Cons: Θα μπορούσε να έχει περισσότερο οικιακό εξοπλισμό (π.χ. απλώστρα για ρούχα περισσότερα μαξιλάρια, πιο βολικές καρέκλες), να ήταν πιο καθαρό και να είχε βασικά καθαριστικά υγρά.

Pros: Clean, comfortable apartment. Dynamic and interesting neighborhood, many quality, local cafés and stores nearby. It is an apartment that would be fitting for a long-term stay as well, not just a brief vacation. The management staff was helpful and courteous. I would gladly stay here again when in Athens.

Cons: The washing machine was useful, but unfortunately, there was no clothes drying rack in the apartment, nor was one available upon request. This piece of equipment is necessary to do laundry. I made do by hanging my clothes on plastic chairs and coat racks around the apartment. The main entrance door to the apartment building takes developing a special touch to open with the key. It took me quite some time with 3 residents and 2 staff members teaching me how to open the main entrance with the key. After waiting a half hour on two occasions to get in the building with the help of exiting residents, I finally developed the right touch, and from then on was able to enter the building problem-free.
