Cons: Slightly less bright than expected but still highly recommended, wifi decent but not entirely reaching all rooms yet good enough for remote work

Perfect and fully equipped place to stay in Athens - we loved it and felt at home.
Pros: We were greeted by a lovely lady Vaso when we arrived. She made us very welcome and explained everything and also tips on what to visit whilst providing a map of the locality and wider Athens. The apartment was amazing, so clean and huge with a lovely balcony. Whilst it is tucked away and the taxi driver had difficulty in finding the address, it is a brilliant location for everything central. So nice and quiet and yet 5 -10 mins walk from the busier main attractions. I would thoroughly recommend L9 and would certainly come again should we return to Athens.

A true home away from home in Athens
Pros: The apartment is exactly as pictured; it's spacious with three balconies (one of them is enormous); it's spotlessly clean; and it's in a quiet residential street. Some of the reviews said it was a 30 minute walk from the centre. It's not, the Mets neighbourhood is more like 15 minutes and we really enjoyed getting out of the traffic and noise of the city to return home to our quiet nest on the edge of a beautiful cemetery, surrounded by trees. Kon, the owner, met us at the property and she was incredibly friendly and helpful. She made us feel right at home and provided maps and recommended restaurants. There were lots of really thoughtful touches too like mosquito repellent and After Bite (although every door had a mosquito covering), olive oil, salt and pepper for cooking, tea and coffee provided including Greek coffee to try, milk, butter and toasts in the fridge, board games and books. The heating worked well too.
Cons: Barely anything! The hot water and the wi-fi could be a little temperamental, but it worked 80% of the time. It certainly didn't impact our holiday in any meaningful way.

A smart choice
Pros: Location close to the central area. It is a very civilized, quiet accommodation in a safe area of Athens. The atmosphere in the apartment is very, very pleasant. As for the owners, I have nothing but words of praise, very eager to help. A plus of the place is the provision of parking throughout our stay here.

Top Wohnung in top Lage
Pros: Top Wohnung mit top Austatsttung an toller, ruhiger Lage. Ausgesprochen nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und nichts vermisst.
Cons: Kurz und bündig: nichts.

A great retreat for the end of busy days of ancient history and crowds!
Pros: Perfect location on a quiet street. Good kitchen space and equipment. From the balcony all we could see were trees and all we could hear were birds singing and children playing in a nearby playground. And yet it was only a short walk to the Acropolis museum and the Plaka neighborhood. Wonderful old cemetery at the end of the block.

Pros: Large and comfortable apartment in a safe neighborhood in Athens, in walking distance to many of the historical sites we wanted to visit in the city. The apartment is also walking distance to restaurants. The hosts were very helpful and communicated well, which was much appreciated in a new city. Apartment was very clean. Beautiful patio across from green space, the perfect place to unwind in the evenings or drink a morning coffee.
Cons: The only thing that we struggled with was the strong scent of the laundry detergent used for cleaning the linens. On the upside, it was evident that everything had been thoroughly cleaned:)

Pros: Sehr schöne geräumige, vollausgestatte Wohnung mit großer Terrasse in ruhiger Lage! Klimaanlage vorhanden! Persönliche Schlüsselübergabe und freundliche Einweisung! Alles fußläufig gut erreichbar. In 15 Minuten Gehzeit im Zentrum. Der sehr freundliche Gastgeber hat auf alle Fragen schnell reagiert. Kann ich rundum zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
