Pros: Great location. Super clean, Simple yet modern. Walkable to all the touristy spots and close to metro station which is very convenient ride to/from airport. The place is surrounded by plenty of restaurants/eatery places and it’s very safe to walk around. The room comes with toiletries, thick towels, coffee and a bottle of wine. It also has a small area to cook.

Pros: The location is Excellent for site seeing everything was 5-10 minutes. The room was spotless, all facilities we needed. Very safe system for entry with 3 multiple set of codes. Very Good air con and fan. Our host Dionysios was superb! He was very communicative and was extremely helpful and available on WhatsApp for any questions and help we needed over the week. He was the perfect host to our trip to Athens! He also arranged a taxi from the airport for us which was a bonus as well. 10/10

Excellent experience, recommended hotel

Pros: The room was perfectly equipped, comfortable bed, practical kitchenette with everything you need. The minibar had bottles of water and a bottle of wine. The shower is spacious and there is plenty of hot water. The room is soundproof and very quiet. The entrance door to the building, the entrance door to the room floor, and the room itself are protected using different codes for each door, so the room is truly protected from unwanted people. You can request personalized codes before arrival. The hotel is in a great location close to all the important points. The owners were always available and did everything to make us happy and were even happy to grant us a late check-out. Excellent value for money and we will definitely be back again.

Amazing host, great location, and good value.

Pros: Dionysios made the stay a great experience. He was both helpful, responsive and provided useful information during our stay. One of the most service minded hosts we have ever experienced. The appartment was modern, and the facilities lived up to our expectations. Its’ central location meant we were able to reach most locations very quickly and most days were spent walking around. This includes quick access to a supermarket, various stores, restaurants, attractions, and the Metro.

Cons: The floor can get a bit cold during the colder days, so warm socks or slippers during the winter may help.
