Pros: Newly renovated, very nice and cozy, near from a Metro station.

Cons: The area is not the safest. Check-out time is 10:00 which is a little bit tight.

Lovely place !

Pros: Amazing place, super cute, super clean, super comfy. There's absolutely everything you need there, hairdryer, kitchen tools, first aid kit, iron, laundry machine, coffee machine. Easy to find and very safe. With AC for summer and a useful balcony too. I really loved the place and had a great experience in Athens.

Cons: What I have to point out has no influence from the owners but it's just something you should keep in mind when booking. The location is not the best, yes it's easy to go to any of the sightseeing places and there's supermarket close by. But I didn't feel safe walking around there alone at night, there's a lot of trash everywhere an shady people, homeless and drug addicts in the area. Also there's a concert bar right next to it so in the weekends it can get a bit noisy at night. Besides that it was perfect, so don't let this keep you from staying there, just be prepared 😊

Nice stay

Pros: Property was very clean and comfortable. Owner was very helpful and was extremely pleasant to talk too. Staff were very polite.

Fantastic room, just be aware of the surroundings

Pros: Amazingly clean as the photos and well-equipped with the latest appliances. I was able to relax as if I had been at home. Also, the host team gave me precise instructions.

Cons: As mentioned by the others, the property is located in a bit dodgy area where extra caution is required. Sometimes noise from outside came in even late at night.

Pros: Πολύ ωραίο κ οργανωμένο κατάλυμα ,με ότι χρειάζεσαι για την διαμονή σου,καινούργιος και μοντέρνος εξοπλισμός,δίπλα σε μετρό,το διαμέρισμα είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο και σε κεντρικό δρόμο,οπότε δεν χρειάζεται να ανησυχείς για την επιστροφή σου αργά το βραδυ,λόγω της τοποθεσίας του.Με τα πόδια μπορείς να πάς όπου θέλεις.Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα..

Cons: Όλα ήταν μια χαρα

Pros: Appartamento rinnovato nella struttura e negli arredi. Dotazione ok. Stabile vetusto, in quartiere popolare. Prezzo super.

Cons: Il quartiere, l’impianto di condizionamento non intuitivo, la distribuzione degli spazi che poteva essere migliore. La stanza da letto poteva contenere un letto matrimoniale normale e non alla francese.

Pros: Excelente apartamento con todas las comodidades y servicios, trato muy bueno por parte del propietario y buena ubicación, qsin ninguna duda para repetir

Appartamento magnifico ad Atene

Pros: L appartamento è splendido . 35 metri quadri con parquet di legno massello . Illuminazione perfetta . Cucina bagno con acqua calda e abbondante . E ogni accessorio che serve in un appartamento.

Beautiful, recently renovated, roomy apartment with clothes washer

Pros: This place was amazing. Very clean, really nicely decorated, roomy and comfortable for us. The apartment had obviously been recently renovated in a very tasteful manner. We loved the clothes washer! There was also a nice drying rack for hanging the wet clothes. The bed was very comfortable and we liked the little balcony, although we didn't really use it because we were touring Athens each day. The entry instructions were sent via WhatsApp and were excellent, consisting of a short video of how to get into the apartment, using a lockbox. This worked perfectly and we had no trouble at all. The host was also accommodating in letting us in earlier than the stated check-in time. We had just exited a cruise ship in Piraeus and were early to the apartment.

Cons: Not much to dislike but I will mention a few things that might bother people. The location requires a bit of walking to get to the sights of Athens. We like to walk and are in good shape but this could be an issue for some people. Omonia Square is nearby with a subway stop if needed, although we did not use the subway. Also the neighborhood appears to be a bit sketchy, but again, we walked home in the dark several times and had no trouble. There were lots of people in the street and we did not feel anxious at all. For info, we are an older couple, in good shape, grandparents. We have traveled a lot and feel confident in most areas. We would definitely return to stay here in this apartment again.

Pros: Квартира очень комфортная и чистая, много электрических розеток и освещения внутри. Легкий самостоятельный доступ по инструкции. Вопросов во время проживания не возникало, поэтому не могу сказать как быстро приходят ответы

Cons: Квартира расположена относительно близко к центру. Мы ходили пешком. Сомнительная чистота прилегающих улиц, так это и в Плаке и Монастираке встречается то и дело.
