Konstantinos Stylish Brand New Apt in the heart of Athens

Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment.

Pros: Very spacious, clean and renovated apartment. Includes everything you need during your stay. Smart Tv, washing machine, oven, air conditioning (with heating function) one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. In the bathroom an additional electric heater (on which you can, for example, dry your towel). In the bedroom a large comfortable bed. A lot of space for clothes in the closets. There is one balcony on the living room side and another smaller one on the bedroom side. It is located on the 5th floor( there is a small elevator in the building). There are two Sklavenitis supermarkets nearby. The keys to the apartment are handed over by a friendly young owner. He can be easily contacted in case of problems. But next door on the first floor also lives a nice dad of the owner and upstairs a very friendly aunt. Conclusion : I VERY RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT😀

Cons: There were no such things. As for the neighborhood, whatever it is, it is not related to the apartment . So this simply does not give an opinion. As tourists we have the internet for that. For us it was not dangerous. And this was not our first stay in Athens.

Wonderful!

Pros: Super comfortable, new apartment, very clean and neat, the host was super responsive and helpful and even allowed us for a later check out since our plane was in the afternoon. There were 2 supermarkets very close by so even buying groceries was fast and easy. The two balconies are awesome and quite nice to have a drink in the evening or take your morning coffee.

Luxurious place in the heart of Athens

Pros: I liked everything about Konstantinos air conditioned flat with 2 balconies in the centre of Athen. It was furnished on very high quality. The flat is spacious with ample storage and has huge kitchen with all mod cons.

Cons: There was not anything what I did not like

Absolutely perfect.

Pros: Absolutely stunningly appointed property. Modern appliances. Beautiful light fittings, ornaments and decor. Close to a supermarket. Hosts were lovely and so helpful and even drove us to the train after. ❤️

Cons: The lift was pretty scary. Its floor is soft and the handrail broken. Outside apartment looks dodgy but we didn’t have any trouble

Clean Appartment, Happy about my stay!

Pros: Clean appartment that really feels newly renovated. I had no wish open! There is everything you need. Nice being high up, 5th floor, small elevator. Bedroom and living room with AC, Nice contact. Liked my stay! Thank you very much!

Cons: Metro station Victoria is close with Monastiraki in like 2 stops away and a walk to more central locations is possible in about 20 minutes. The neighborhood is not bad, had no problems, but regarding the direct sourroundings there are better areas I feel. Would recommend anyhow.

Pros: everything was perfect in this place - The place is in town; we can travel to work easier. Bed soft and all stuff are complete. I give 4.9 Star.

Cons: If you have Iron Board, it will be perfect..

Cons: Alles super!

Pros: appartamento nuovo, pulito, accogliente, arredato con cura.

Cons: quartiere un po' degradato
