Great wee apartment

Pros: The location was perfect with a gorgeous view with beautiful sunsets from the balcony Supermarket and restaurants were close by as was the lake. Balcony furniture was excellent, very comfortable. Bed was comfortable but would benefit from a mattress topper for that little extra padding. I asked for extra pillows and Spyros appeared with them as soon as we arrived. Great shower. Everything was spotless. Due to the late plane home and my husband catching a cold and feeling under the weather, we asked if flat was free for us to stay longer. We paid the extra, and it was super easy and done with no fuss.

Cons: At first we thought the room was a bit small but the balcony is large so in warmer weather (we were February when it could be a little chilly) you would probably prefer the larger balcony. There are roller blinds but no shutters so I'm not sure how the room would fare in hot weather although it does have air conditioning.

The location & the beautiful view are unbeatable, helping to make this a wonderful holiday.

Pros: The location is ideal, only a few minutes walk from restaurants and the view from the apartment is amazing! The apartment is well decorated, very clean & the check in process was made very simple.

Cons: Although the apartment has a spacious feel about it, there is not sufficient space for cooking facilities. However, a pop-up toaster would have been useful. For anybody with mobility issues & heavy luggage, it should be noted that although there is a lift to the 3rd floor, there is a further flight of stairs to the apartment.

Excellent location, comfortable and clean

Pros: The location is fantastic! It is only a short walk from bars, restaurants, cafes and the local beach. We didn’t have a car so it was perfect for us as we could get everywhere easily. The terrace is actually even bigger than it looks with so much space and you get a perfect view of the sunset in the evenings. The check in process was seamless and I was able to contact them easily via WhatsApp for anything we needed. The property was very clean and comfortable for a couple to stay. I wouldn’t recommend anymore than 2 people to stay as it’s not a huge space inside

Cons: There were no cushions provided for the sunbeds which then meant we didn’t really use them as it was uncomfortable to sit on just the wood, which was a shame. There also weren’t any bowls in the apartment which we felt was a bit of a basic necessity. We bought cereal on arrival but couldn’t eat it because there weren’t any bowls provided. There is a coffee table outside but no table and chairs (other than one chair at the dressing table inside) so you have to eat from the coffee table. Also no corkscrew for wine! Make sure you buy a screw top.

Perfect stay on the Athenian Riviera

Pros: This little apartment is all about the truly amazing view and terrace. The inside space is enough for a very comfortable stay. Good to have a washing machine and there’s also a lift in the building. Loved being in this area. Many excellent restaurants and cafes within less than ten minutes walk. Great bakery also nearby. We also walked to nearby towns and had perfect lunches by the sea. Hopefully be able to return soon!

Cons: Nothing. The main coast road is nearby, as others have mentioned, but it didn’t bother us at all. Building is a bit quirky but all added to the charm. Very safe area.

Pros: Was a beautiful penthouse with a perfect view on the beach. Clean and quite with a lot of restaurants next to it

Cons: The pergola was defect and it was hard to sleep when the wind was hitting the pergola against the ceiling

Pros: Spyros was extremely helpful, there was good communication and he met us promptly upon arrival. Balcony/terrace was extremely spacious with an amazing view.

Cons: Hallway up to the unit can be quite dark at night as the apartment is in a old-ish building, but this is manageable. The apartment itself is very newly renovated and clean/well kept.

Pros: The location is amazing! The view is an absolute show stopper. So close to lots of nice restaurants and beautiful beaches. The service of the hosts was amazing. Would reccomend to anyone else.
