Good value for money, great location
Pros: Very freindly people, provided all necessary info, graet location, cleanliness, comfort, bed was great, flat provided all the needs for the stay
Cons: The smell of the buiding coming in was terrible

Everything as expected, and feeling like at home.
Pros: The kitchen was quite well equipped, the bedroom was comfortable. The sitting room was ample as a joint room with the kitchen. The little books they have were interesting, and were available in some different languages. The temperature can be regulated, which was good in winter.
Cons: It is a shame that the TV didn't have the channels syntonized, or at least I was not able to find them easily. The shampoo was not the best, but still ok. There were some glass marks in one of the sitting room tables, not dirty, just the mark.

Pros: The apartment owner was very kind and friendly!! He constantly checked to make sure everything was okay and that we had everything we needed, and the apartment was great . Highly recommended!

Pros: Everything. Vert clean apartment. Very new and stylish. Well equipped. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Available host. Nice environment. Close to the metro and ths city centre.
Cons: Bit noisy at weekend on the road outside.

Great place to stay in Athens
Pros: Stayed there for 5 nights at the beginning of May ‘25. Really lovely apartment, very clean, fresh and bright. Has all the facilities you would need and more, loved the marmalade - ideal for a couple. Has easy access to the Metro, concert hall, shops, bars and restaurants. Save area to go about at night, been there many times and never had any trouble. Loukas our contact was fantastic, went above and beyond – thank you Loukas. If we are back in Athens later in the year we will be in touch.
Cons: Traffic a bit noisy at night, but dies away about midnight.

Pros: Ein exzellent ausgestattetes Apartment in sehr guter Lage. Man kann das Stadtzentrum und Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichen, sogar zu Fuß. Der Gastgeber hat sich sehr gut um unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert und uns wichtige Informationen gegeben.
Cons: Der Verkehrslärm in der Nähe einer viel befahrenen Straße ist leider nicht zu ändern, so ist's halt in Athen.

Komfortowe mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji
Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko linii metra. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, czyste i urządzone wygodnie. Wszystkie sprzęty domowe działały, do ekspresu do kawy Nespresso przygotowanych było kilka kapsułek na początek. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Gospodarzem obiektu, Lucas wykazał troskę i wolę pomocy. Mogliśmy zostawić bagaże w apartamencie już przed godziną zameldowania, mimo, że trwało jeszcze sprzątanie - to pozwoliło nam wygodnie wyruszyć na zwiedzanie.
