Spacious Modern Apartment in Athens near Metro

After initial teething issues such as with the key, everything turned out fine

Pros: Location. Only a few minutes walk from megaro station. Place was clean

Cons: Took us a pretty long time to figure out how to extract the key from the key holder as the instructions weren’t clear as to how to open the box. We were drenched in the rain while trying to work this out.

Perfect place in Athens, close to Metro and city center

Pros: The position of the apartment is amazing, and the place itself really comfortable even for 4 adults and 1 kid. It was exactly what we were looking for, couldn't ask for more!

Cons: The wifi password is written in a kind of tricky way, but a part from that everything was great.

I would come back!

Pros: I liked the location, but a little bit far from the center. However, walking for 25' is not a big deal. In addition, there are countless means of transport. I liked Cristina's pro-reactivity, who gave us all kinds of information, even without asking for it, but which proved to be very useful. For example, recommendations for restaurants. Nice area, indeed!

Cons: I didn't like the noise produced by the neighboring apartment, where it was being renovated, or from the one upstairs where the residents were arguing in the middle of the night. But this is independent of the owner. Instead, and this is what I have already told Cristina, as a recommendation, I think a few pods for the coffee machine would be useful. Quite difficult to look in the morning at the shops in the area, when your lips are burning for a coffee... I also suggest to Cristina to cover the mold stains in the bathroom, on the ceiling.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and spacious, with two bedrooms that could accommodate up to four people. It is located on a quiet street, but close to the main road and convenient public metro/bus lines. The hostess was excellent and very friendly. I will choose here again when I visit Athens next time.

Cons: The key was a bit tricky to use the first time, and the shower water tended to splash onto the bathroom floor.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, making it a pleasant stay for 4-6 people. The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the metro station. The street was lovely and quiet, as was the entire neighborhood.

Cons: It’s difficult to find a parking spot on the street because it is paid, and the maximum parking time is 3 hours. We had an issue because our car was large, and none of the public garages in the area would accept it due to its size (5 meters). For smaller cars, this is not a problem. Luckily, a local neighbor explained a trick to me about where I could park the car without being subject to the parking service rules. :)

Pros: We had an excellent stay at this apartment! The place was very comfortable and clean. It had all the amenities we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was fantastic, situated in a great spot that was close to the Metro station, making it easy to get around. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Athens!
