Funky Apartment

Amazing location , spacious apartment

Pros: Excellent location with many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets around. 2 minute walk to the metro and bus stops. The flat was clean and was very spacious. A great host, all the questions were answered swiftly.

Pros: Etxe erosoa, behar diren gauz guztiekin. Jabeak oso zabalak eta beti laguntzeko prest. Baita esango nuke, etxe ahundi zela, etarrasa batekin, eta kokapena ezin hobea. 5\

Pros: The apartments are located very close to the metro, there are cafes and supermarkets nearby. The apartments also have all the necessary stuff for a comfortable stay

Don't think twice.. it is the best choice for this budget

Pros: The apartment is literally 2min walk to metro station. The host was excellent l, helpfully, responsive and exceeded our expectations which was already high as per the greek service in general. In 20m there is a 24/7 bakery which is extremely convenient. The apartment had everything we could ask for and even more ( plenty of coffee, ironing facilities, salt, oil, kitchenware etc). There is a/c in both rooms.

Cons: If I could change something it would be the squeaky floor but that's nothing comparing to the value for money experience we had.

Home away from home

Pros: The apartment is very big and comfortable. It even has a nice living room to chill in the evening. I loved the smell of the towels, a unique touch! Location is perfect, 1 minute walk to the metro.

Pros: Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική, διπλά στο μετρό Αμπελοκήπων. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο, άνετο , όμορφο και καθαρό

Pros: Lokacija stana je odlična, na 100m od metro stanice, lako se stiže do svih lokacija, direktno od aerodroma do smještaja. Sa trodnevnom kartom od 20e koristiš sve prevoze (metro, bus, tramvaj i prevoz od i do aerodroma, neograničeno). U bezbjednom dijelu grada. Ulaz uredan, osvijetljen, lift uredan, radi. Stan je na 5 spratu. Stan je izuzetno uredan i čist, ima svih potrebnih stvari u kuhinji (čaj, kafa, aparat za kafu, ulje, so, šećer, dovoljno posuđa, sredstva za higijenu u kuhinji). U kupatilu sve ( toalet papir, kupka, šampon), možda bi trebalo da ima koji peškir više. Spavaća soba komforna, svijetla, veliki bračni krevet, dovoljno mjesta za odlaganje garderobe. Možda hvali malo posteljine (navlake za jorgane). Dnevna malo manja, dobro osvijetljena. Velika terasa sa lijepim pogledom ( rooftop).

Pros: Ev her anlamda yeterliydi. Evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz hemen hemen her şey vardı. Metroya,, otobüs durağına çok yakın. Meto ile 3 veya 4 durakta önemli turistik merkezlere ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Merkezi bir yerde, ana cadde üstünde. Evin etrafında çok yakın mesafede market, restoranlar, kahveciler, 24 saat açık bir fırın ve bu fırında çok çeşitli ürünler vardı. Ev sahibi ilgili biri. Klozetin su sızdırdığını eve girdiğimiz gün bildirdik ertesi gün sorunu çözdüler.

Cons: Evdeki tek ama belkide en önemli sorun evin zeminini oluşturan ahşap parkelerin çok eskimiş olması ve yürürken gıcırdaması idi. Ev sahibine tavsiyem bu problemi halletmesi durumunda misafirler tesisten çok daha mutlu ayrılacaktır.

Pros: Πολύ καθαρό, με πολλές παροχές, αριστη τοποθεσία, πολυ κοντά στο σταθμό του μετρό Αμπελοκήπων. Στην λεωφόρο Αλεξάνδρας βρίσκεις ο,τι χρειάζεσαι: φούρνο, καφέ, εστιατορια, λεωφορεία, ταξί.

Cons: Το καζανάκι της τουαλετας ειχε λίγο πρόβλημα μερικές φορές.
