PERFECT...will stay more days.

Pros: The location is perfect, 15 minutes walking to the beach. Very nice and safe area, with good restaurants at walking distance, supermarket, pharmacie all you need is near. Will definitely return. The air condition in the apartment is perfect. we were in Athens last week and was really really hot, it was a pleasure to arrive home and all be so fresh. I recomend going to a organize beach, which means you will have to pay for entrance, but in Athems is like this. the other beaches are no so clean or safe. we use to go to Alimos costa del sol beach resort, 15 minutes walking.

Cons: I don't have anything to complain about.

A very good place to stay

Pros: We have really enjoyed the stay here. It' s a big apartment, very well equipped with what is needed for cooking, washing (a lot of toiletries and towels available), enjoying some free time (netflix, card games, chess). Air conditioning is available in each room, which was a very good think to chill fast the place. It's situated at a 10minute walking distance from the beach. There is a supermarket over the street with a lot of diverse products. On the street there are also farmacies, good ice cream places, restaurants, a very good bakery with traditional products. Even if it seems a busy street, we did not had problems with the noise :) It's a bit farther from the old center, but the conection via public transport is good (there is a bus station at a walking distance of 5 minutes to the Acropolis area). The comunication with the owner was very good, we have received fast answers to our questions.

Cons: Nothing to complain.

Schöne Wohnung für Strandurlaub in Alimos

Pros: Sehr gut geschnittene Wohnung, in ruhiger Lage, aber dennoch unmittelbar an der wichtigsten Straße. Zum Strand (Beach club) sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Betten waren bequem und die Klimaanlagen modern. Gegenüber der Wohnung ist gleich ein Supermarkt. Die Wohnung bietet eine hohe Erholungsqualität und wirkt im Allgemeinen modern.

Cons: Einige Dinge waren bzw. sind renovierungsbedürftig. Sowohl das Insektennetzt draußen als auch eins der Rollos flogen einem beim Öffnen bzw. Schieben gleich entgegen. Ein Rohr im Badezimner tropft bzw. riecht es stark aus dem Rohr/ der Kanalisation. Da die Wohnung im ersten Stock ist, muss man bei der Hitze im Sommer mit Insekten rechnen. Diese waren auch im Treppenhaus wiederholt anzutreffen.

Pros: The location is perfect. Lots of places to eat, close to a mini market. The check-in process was seamless, no hustle. I would recommend it.
