Cozy apartment with a great host!

Pros: Great contact with the host, AC, spacious terrace with a view, spices in the cupboard, not far from the center

Cons: not the safest neighborhood but nothing happened

A nice clean apartment

Pros: A clean and comfortable apartment, within walking distance to the metro. The hostess, Zelda, is kind and attentive.

Cons: The last flight of stairs was quite the workout with a heavy suitcase, but it wouldn't deter me from staying again :)

Pros: This location is very central. 30 minutes on foot by all important monuments/attractions The apartment is small, but very clean and you have all you need

Pros: A flat is very clean and has all facilities for living

Cons: It is 15minutes on foot from Omonia square, but I didn't feel like safe going there in the evenings.

Phantastisch!

Pros: Ein eigenes kleines Haus auf dem Dach, eigene Dachterasse mit Hollywoodschaukel und Kunstrasen. Ziemlich niedlich eingerichtet, recht gute Ausstattung (Küche mit Herd und Ofen!).

Cons: Für Dusche und Herd muss man erst Sicherungen einschalten, aber für ersteres bekamen wir wohl auch eine extra WhatsApp-Nachricht.

Definitely worth it and a very good starting point to visit Athens!

Pros: We liked the large balcony and the cozy atmosphere of the apartment. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Everything needed was provided and the next metro is just 10 min away.

Cons: In the night it’s a bit louder because of the traffic if not used to it (not a great issue though). Mattress was a bit hard for my taste. This is just to find something for the negative side as the stay was pretty awesome.

Adequate for short stays, but bad location

Pros: Had some trouble checking in at first but the neighbors were really kind and helpful. Place was nice, great view of the city, host was communicative.

Cons: I wouldn’t recommend staying in this part of Athens as a solo traveler. Didn’t feel safe walking back from places at night. I would stay somewhere closer to the city central if I were to come back again, even if it’s more money. It’s worth it!
