Super spot with great host and amazing rooftop terrace

Pros: Super space adjacent to the city centre. 7 minutes on the 25 bus which is a 3 minute walk. Elias is a very accessible host with lots of information about Athens. The apartment building is bespoke and interesting. The apartment has everything you need, warm, A/C, kitchen equipment, lift, balcony and amazing communal rooftop terrace. Very safe and quiet area. Lovely local taverna around the corner. Adjacent supermarket and park. Clean, convenient space, great value in Athens. Stay here.

An amazing experience all-round

Pros: I absolutly adored the rooftop terrace where we could wait while our room was being cleaned. The host was amazing and helped us a lot, me and my partner felt home immediately. You have basically everything you would need in the appartment, our bathroom was also loaded with products we could freely use which was really nice. If we ever get back to Athens we know where to stay!

Pros: Our stay was wonderful and great in general. Accommodation: The flat is small but includes everything you need, from the washing machine with free detergent to the stove and necessities for a nice breakfast. We found it clean and had no issues whatsoever. The location is close to public transport, a nice park, and some great restaurants with cheap prices. Host: What makes the place excel however is the host Elias and his business partner. You can obviously tell they are two educated gentlemen and they show great respect to their guests. We were invited to the rooftop in which we were offered drinks and we had a lovely conversation throughout. Any questions we had were answered and help was always given, be it directions for the bus, recommendations for eating out, or general tips and tricks for Athens. We were also allowed to check in early with no extra cost, simply a goodwill gesture (of course this depends on availability to do so). All in all, we had a great experience!

Cons: There was a slight smell in the bathroom, but opening the window removed it. Nothing else to comment on.

Perfect stay in Athens.

Pros: Very nice and cosy apartment with all needed facilities. Well connected to Monasteraki square. Host is a really nice guy who has helped us find the place, and gave us all necessary information about stay in Athens. I would highly recommend.

Pros: The flat is everything you could be looking for if you’re exploring Athens for few days ! The owner is the most helping host I’ve seen so far in my travels, I would recommend!

Good value for money & great host

Pros: Great value for money. Clean, tidy and comfortable -- I particularly enjoyed the apartment's pull-down bed. The host, Elias, went the extra mile to make me feel at home, providing me with lots of valuable information and replying to all my inquiries in due course.

Cons: Off the top of my head, I cannot think of any significant drawbacks.

Pros: I like the apartment as it was spacious, clean and close to public transport and a mini supermarket.

Cons: Some of the kitchen appliances needed cleaning (eg kettle)

A host and an apartment that makes your Athens stay memorable

Pros: The host truely went above and beyond in providing information and services both before and during the stay - booking taxis, planning trips and even leaving snacks and sandwiches to take with us for onward journey.

Cons: Could not fault anything

Would recommend to other

Pros: The host is good. Would have a lot of suggestions and tips around the city Easy check in and out. Close to the bus stop

Cons: aC takes awhile to make the area cold but otherwise tolerable

Pros: Elias was so great with the tips and the hospitality.
