Wonderful 2 bedroom apartment in perfect location

Pros: -Fabulous central location, close to shops, restaurants and beach - huge apartment and balcony - brand new air con throughout the apartment making it a haven after a day in the sun and super comfortable night sleep - has everything you could possibly need - host is very responsive and a great communicator and will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and have a lovely stay - apartment is very clean - there is a lift so no carrying luggage up stairs (yay) - it’s the perfect 2 bedroom apartment to stay in vouliagmeni

Perfect!

Pros: The owner was incredibly helpful meeting us at the property very late due to a delayed flight. Phenomenally generous welcome fruit bowl, coffee and delicious wine! Huge terrace with both comfortable relaxed and dining options for seating. Perfect location, quiet but super convenient for beach/local amenities.

Great place for a summer holiday

Pros: Everything was perfect. The house is huge in a silent street with everything you may need and with a huge balcony, walking distance to restaurants, the park, market and the sea. There are many free parking spaces around the house. The owner is hospitable and helpful.

Pros: My family of 5 had a very pleasant stay there. One of the hosts met us to show us around, even though it was very late at night. The flat is very well equipped with everything a family could wish for and it is very spacious - which is important with two teenage boys. But be warned the flat comes with a nice piano and if you travel with children, it will be used ;-).

Perfect location walking distance from restaurants and beach and lake!

Pros: Charis our host was welcoming and friendly, highly flexible with lots of great tips. The location is ideal close to everything. The flat was well equipped and we enjoyed the fresh fruit, wine, drinks and coffee that made our stay a real pleasure !

Pros: Beautiful spacious flat. Nicely furnished. Absolutely excellent location. Friendly helpful owner.

Cons: Only one set of keys was offered initially. We had to insist on having a second set as we were doing different activities some of the time. We had to get the owner to come about several things: It was not obvious how to use the cooker - there were old controls that no longer worked. The shutters were difficult to operate. There was no ironing board so he brought one.

Pros: Our stay at this property was fantastic! The location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk to various restaurants, beautiful beaches, and bus stops. Bus 122 even connects directly to the metro line, making transportation a breeze. Host Charis was amazing—he not only allowed us to check in early when we arrived in the morning, which was a huge help but also showed exceptional responsiveness throughout our stay. The apartment is spacious and cozy, with modern furnishings and stylish decor that clearly show Charis's excellent taste. Previously occupied by Charis's parents, the property has everything you could need, making it a home away from home. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary cutlery and amenities, making it easy to prepare meals. Charis was very responsive and always quick to answer our queries and attend to any needs since he lives nearby. We felt incredibly safe and comfortable throughout our stay and can't wait to return soon!

Cons: So far, we liked everything. We highlighted a few minor points, and the host took action immediately.

Pros: Alles sehr gut bis auf das Badezimmer, das Haarwaschen war eine Herausforderung da man die Duschbrause nicht an einer Halterung befestigen kann.

Home comfort near yhe beach

Pros: A wonderful two bedroom apartment 6 minutes walk to the Vouliagmeni beach. Owner Charis treats the guests like familiy. It was our first short term rental. Beds and pillows are comfortable, aircon is new. We also did not have any hardhship to park our car in yhe neighborhood. Just learn where can you park some places woth blue lines are only for residents.

Cons: Notthing

Home away from home.

Pros: Loved it from the moment Harry the host greeted us at the property as he was waiting for our arrival. Loved the cleanliness, the location and mainly the good homely vibe you get from the apartment. Bed sheets were crispy clean, I could go on with the positive elements of this lovely home. Keep up the amazing job and thanks for hosting us!

Cons: Leaving :) but we will return! Can’t buy it !
