Nice place for decent amount of money. Good quality-price ratio.

Pros: nice flat quite close to the subway station. But consider you'll need to walk up the hill for a while to get there. Quiet neighbourhood despite the location next to the road. Enormous balcony with a table and chezlongs. Everything you need for a several days stay is in the apartment. Extremely helpful hosts who will not only lead you through the hole process of checking in, until makes sure you are in, but will also recommend nice local places to eat and go to.

A very clean, cozy, fully equipped small apartment

Pros: It was really clean, and fully equipped (kitchen , bathroom), also it has nice balcony

Cons: A bit small , and the noise especially when the doors are open

Pros: We spent 6 nights in this wonderful apartment in Athens and we are thrilled with our stay. First of all, the cleanliness of the apartment was top-notch – everything was spotless and smelled fresh. The apartment was equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need, exceeding our expectations. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus during the hot days. Another great feature of the apartment was the spacious balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location was also very convenient – just a short walk to the metro station, making it easy to access all the city’s attractions. However, the biggest advantage was the owner. He was extremely helpful and flexible – we were able to check in earlier and check out much later, which greatly facilitated our travel plans. We highly recommend this place to anyone planning a stay in Athens. We will definitely be back!

Good Apartment

Pros: This is the third time I booked the same apartment because it is just five minutes walkable to Metro and bus. Clean and tidy, the bad is comfortable , All cleaning tools and supplies are available even Ariel gel is available for the washing machine, the bathroom has all bathroom supplies with best brands, the kitchen is complete with tools for cooking, Nescafe, coffee, tea, sugar and a bottle of mineral water are available as in hotels😊

Pros: It deserves 7 stars.. Very clean, everything you need is available, shampoo, shower gel, coffee, water in the refrigerator, Nescafe, Expresso,tea in addition to all cleaning materials available with the best brands, I like to clean every day 😊 and many towels ,many bed sheets are also available, Toothpaste and toothbrush, 2 wrapped slippers as if you were in a hotel 😊 In addition to the nice location and very close to the metro , bus station, only five minutes walk to reach the metro . . Before my arrival I requested plastic pol , for hand washing clothes, and mirror to fix in the wardrobe .. and my request was fulfilled .. The owner is very helpful .. This is the second time I book this apartment And I will always book in 😊

Pros: Τέλειο διαμέρισμα! Με ιδιωτικό παρκινγκ σε γκαράζ σε υπέροχη γειτονιά μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το μετρό. Δίπλα σε μίνι μάρκετ, καφέ και φαρμακείο. Με όλες τις παροχές και μπαλκόνι με θεα. Φιλικοί οικοδεσπότες με άμεση ανταπόκριση σε ότι κι αν θέλαμε!

Cons: Δεν υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό!

Pros: Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα Το parking όντως είναι μόνο για μικρά αυτοκίνητα

Pros: Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα, καθαρό και εξυπηρετεί η τοποθεσία. Κοντά σε μετρό και σε καταστήματα. Οι ιδιοκτήτες άψογοι.

Cons: Το γκαράζ.

Pros: ένα σπιτάκι που τα παρείχε όλα! άνετο σε καλή τοποθεσία με γκαράζ. 8λεπτα από στάση μετρό

Pros: Η εσωτερική θέση στάθμευσης είναι μεγάλη ευκολία για όποιον επισκέπτεται με δικό του όχημα την πόλη.
