Eva's House - 2 Bedroom Apartment

Great stay!

Pros: Good Location, safe n quiet neighbourhood, close to attractions and restaurants. Good beds and frm mattresses.

Cons: No biday in bathroom. Unit was a little tight for 4 big adults. But manageable 👍

Pros: Tastefully refurbished apartment, with excellent access to Metro and sights. Grocery shop and bakery at a stone's throw. Very clean throughout and communication with owner was concise and prompt.

Cons: A normal size ironing board would have been handier. Ventilation in the bathroom could improve.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay, the location was perfect, very central and convenient. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was kind and helpful, always quick to respond. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others😊

Must recommend 🤩

Pros: The host was amazing from the first minute. They left us a surprise in the fridge when we arrived. They were quick to answer and provided us with the necessary information we needed. The place was close to the Acropolis, an easy 10-minute walk.

Cons: The place was a bit smaller than it looked in the picture, but it wasn't a problem at all.

Pros: Apartment was nice and clean. Although very tiny, it had everything necessary. Beds were comfortable. There were cozy balconies. Location is great! It is quite near to the center and has a wonderful bakery just around the corner. The owner was very helpful. We had problems with neighbors from next house playing loud music at nights and owner made a great effort to solve it.

Cons: You have to consider that the apartment is a lot smaller than it appears on photos. Being small isn't really a problem but there were not enough comfortable sitting places for 4 people. House has really thin walls. So, when a dog barks or someone speaks loudly, you will hear it.

Pros: L'emplacement est top. Très bons échanges avec le propriétaire. La literie est bonne et la clim fonctionne très bien

Très bien, dommage les voisins!

Pros: Appartement fonctionnel, bien situé (boulangerie, market, pharmacie,tram....) en bas de l'appartement. Le personnel très réactif 👍. Manque un peu de places assises dans le salon/cuisine pour 4 personnes. Séjour très agréable avec la climatisation dans chaque chambre. Propreté parfaite! Je recommande!

Cons: Le voisinage bruyant et un chien qui aboie la nuit comme le jour! Le propriétaire n'y est malheureusement pour rien, mais il est important de le signaler pour les futurs loueurs Système d'électricité avec 1 carte qui, lorsque vous quittez le logement ne fonctionne plus.

Pros: Super wyposażony apartament , blisko centrum, miły właściciel ogólnie super❤️

Cons: Sąsiedzi za ścianą jednej sypialni włączali głośną muzykę, ale to nie wina właściciela nieruchomości.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Pros: Appartement bien rénové et bien situé. Propriétaire sérieux qui s’assure que vous soyez satisfaits.

Cons: Il manquerait à mon avis quelque chose pour accrocher les serviettes dont on ne sait que faire après la douche.

An excellent place to stay

Pros: Everything was great. We felt like at home. The owner was available for everything. The apartment was clean, bedsheets and towel clean and new. Hot water all the time. All the appliances worked. It is at a walking distance from all the important sights. There are markets and cafes near. We found a parking place in the street in front of the building, and it's free. It's a safe area.

Cons: A neighbour next to the children's room likes listening to music a bit louder (the walls are very thin), but we didn't mind it. He respected the quiet hours, and switched it off at 10:30 pm.
