We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Nektariou due to the location and the size of the apartment

Pros: We received clear instructions on where the lockbox. The code was easy to apply and gain access to the property. We have family living nearby so the location made it easy to walk to their home.

Cons: The lighting could be improved. The evenings were cool so some blankets could come in handy.

A lovely great value apartment in central Athens .

Pros: We loved our stay here. The management company was very attentive. The property is in a quiet street in central Athens! It is spotlessly clean, has good WIFI, and has comfortable beds. The property is fully equipped and perfectly suited our 11-night stay. We loved the area. It is a 15-minute walk from the very cool Fokionos Negri, and Attiki metro station is also 15 minutes away. Fantastic local street markets are on Wednesday and Saturday. There are many coffee shops and small stores on your doorstep. The high street is a 5-minute walk, and a large LIDL supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. We will definitely book again next time we are in Athens.

Cons: The walls are thin so you can hear neighbours although this seems to be typical in Athens

Pros: Clean, warm, modern and spacious apartment. Close to Atiki metro station, shops, restaurants, bakery. Easy check-in and check-out.

Pros: The apartment is newly renovated, and they have done a good job renovating it. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows to choose from. The kitchen is spacious and has enough utensils to make a meal.

Pros: Ottimo appartamento , pulito con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno , di notte tranquillo , quarto piano con ascensore , a 100 mt. c'è una fermata di autobus per il centro però purtroppo non passano frequentemente , meglio camminare 10 minuti e andare alla metro Attiki da dove si può raggiungere ogni zona della città , oppure a piedi si arriva in centro in 20 minuti , molti negozi e mercati nel quartiere

Pros: Sehr schöne gemütliche Wohnung, sehr schön eingerichtet, das komplette Haus kam einem zudem sehr sicher vor. Außerdem tolle Lage, nicht weit zur U Bahn und wenn man gerne spazieren geht ist die Innenstadt auch zu Fuß innerhalb von 40 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Gasteber waren jederzeit für jegliche Anfragen zu erreichen, dass war sehr hilfreich.

Pros: Расположение прекрасное. В пешей доступности есть несколько продуктовых магазинов, базар, магазины с одеждой, метро.
