Pros: Nice clean apartment, well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Excellent location within 5 mins of metro. Host was excellent. Very responsive to my questions. Provided excellent instructions for entry. Great communication. I felt right at home during my stay.

Pros: There is everything necessary for life including kitchen and bathroom accessories. Convenient if you are flying without luggage.

Cons: There is a slight smell typical of many rental apartments.

The house is very beautiful

Pros: The house is very beautiful. It is located in a central area. In front of the block is the tram station, and behind the block is a park. The nearest supermarket is 50 meters away and within a radius of 200 meters you can find everything you need. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. Iohannis was a wonderful host and always willing to help me. I will definitely come back.

Pros: perfect host, clear and easy instructions, with pictures - the key box system allowed me to check in late at night, the flat was fully functional and spotless, great wifi, i felt at home! will def recommend.

Pros: Perfect apartament, felt right at home, well equipped, stylish and spacious. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Well connected, stylish and comfortable

Pros: Ioannis place has all you need, I stayed there with my partner for 3 weeks and didn't miss a thing. As he is himself a traveller, he knows well how to make his hosts comfortable. His place is small/medium but extremely functional, has all technological appliances to make your stay special, and a great addition is the jacuzzi bathtub! The style of the flat is a pleasant mix with Asian touches. I loved the sweets he left for us the first day and the Christmas ones he brought for us to try. All his recommendations of restaurants were on point.

Cons: The only thing that makes it a bit noisy is the tram passing in front.

Pros: Καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα μετρό τραμ εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Όμορφα διακοσμημένο σπιτι και εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. ΥΓ η γυναίκα μου που έχει πρόβλημα με τον φωτισμό εξεπλάγην

Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Der Vermieter war äußerst hilfreich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Metro und Tram Anbindung ins Zentrum sind super und günstig. Es gibt nette authentische Restaurants und Supermärkte in laufnaehe. Jeden Samstag ein umfangreicher Wochenmarkt.

Cons: Die Wohnung liegt an einem Park/Grünzone wo jeden Abend von ca. 20h bis 23H Jugendliche Party machen , laut sind und ihren Abfall liegen lassen. Der Vermieter kennt das Problem, kann natürlich nichts dagegen tun.

Pros: Velmi vstřícný ubytovatel. Vše měl perfektně připraveno: klíče, informace, mapy, doporučení restaurací, pláže u moře (měl pro nás připravenou tašku s věcmi na pláž). Pěkná moderní koupelna, moderní nábytek, velká lednice s mrazákem. Vybavená dobře kuchyň. CD přehrávač, 2 televize, cítili jsme se opravdu jako doma. Velmi čisté ubytování. Tramvajová zastávka do centra je 150 m, metro pěšky 500 m, obchod s potravinami 2 bloky. Akropole (centrum) je 2 stanice metra, což ušetří spoustu času. Pokud jsme potřebovali cokoliv poradit, velmi rychle komunikoval přes Whats App.

Cons: Jediné co nám trochu chybělo, byl nějaký anglický TV kanál s filmy. Zprávy ze světa byly v angličtině, ale večer jsme se chtěli podívat na nějaký film a vše bylo v různých jazycích, ale v angličtině ne.
