Pros: Great apartment, in a very good location. Close to the metro station. The apartment is clean and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Nice host, very helpful and constantly in touch by phone. I highly recommend this apartment.

Ottima posizione e spazi grandi

Pros: Posizione ottima, vicino a tram e metropolitana con piccolo parco frontale, ottimo se viaggi con animali.

Cons: La vicinanza al tram e metropolitana purtroppo significa che ci sarà rumore ma ti ci puoi abituare.

Pros: Podobała mi się przytulność i klimat mieszkania. Wystrój bardzo przyjemny i okolica cicha pomimo bliskości centrum. Dodatkowo gospodarz polecił bardzo smaczną restauracje, która spełniła nasze oczekiwania. Zameldowanie również przebiegło bez problemów i nastąpiło wcześniej niż można było się spodziewać a wylogowanie godzinę później niż w planie. W skrócie - wszystko nam się bardzo podobało.

Great apartment at a fair price — not ideal for elderly guests

Pros: The apartment is spacious enough for two or even three people, but I was there alone. It gets plenty of natural light thanks to the many street-facing windows. I loved the balconies overlooking a small park — there’s not much to see, but you can enjoy the open sky and sunlight. Outside, there’s a small table with two chairs — perfect for a morning coffee. Everything was very clean, and the bed is super comfortable. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. The apartment is on the ground floor, so there’s no need for an elevator or stairs — very convenient. As soon as you enter the building, you have direct access to the apartment. The living room is cozy, with a TV and everything you need for a comfortable stay. I have no idea how to turn on the heating for hot showers, since I don’t use hot water myself. I imagine that in winter, figuring that out might be a bit inconvenient.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was the bathtub. It’s quite high and a bit unsafe to step in and out of, especially when wet. I wouldn’t recommend it for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. I’m not that old myself, but I still found it difficult — particularly getting out after a shower. It would really help to have an extra step and a couple of handles for support.

Pros: Große, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung Schöner Balkon Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, U Bahn 6 Minuten zu Fuß Auto konnte problemlos geparkt werden Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Casa spaziosa e comoda a 2 passi dalla metro

Pros: Tutto perfetto! Casa enorme per una sola persona. Letto comodissimo, bagno pulito. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro e a 7 minuti dall'università Panteion. Proprietario super flessibile con gli orari e super disponibile ad ogni mia richiesta.

Cons: la camera è proprio sopra la metro, che un po' si fa sentire quando passa. Ma nulla che possa rovinare il soggiorno
