Quiet place in the heart of Kolonaki
Pros: The apartment is in an excellent location, in a nice building with an elevator. It has a kitchen, a spacious room, a bathroom, and balcony facing the inner side of the building, which provides a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. It is clean, well equipped, with a large TV and useful amenities. The owner is very kind, helpful, easy to reach, and very polite in communication. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this apartment if you are planning to stay in the Kolonaki area.
Cons: While it could benefit from a few minor improvements to make your stay more comfortable, this did not affect the overall good impression. The owner was very open and welcoming to our suggestions for improvement.

Perfect for two people.
Pros: Very good location, with restaurants and coffee and ice cream shops nearby, and easy to find. It was easy to walk to Syntagma Square as well. The flat was quiet with a nice balcony with a table and two chairs at the back for the building. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The bed is comfortable and the shower good, and the flat has interesting modern art.

Clean, quiet studio apartment in a very good neighborhood.
Pros: Apartment location is in a very good residential neighborhood (Kolonaki). Very clean. Bathroom and bed were spotless clean. Very quiet. The french door is facing a community courtyard. No traffic noise heard inside. All the neighbors were also very quiet during the night. Good bathroom design. Floor remained dry after shower. Great garden view with a cute balcony. Mattress was new and in good condition. (Slightly on the firm side). A small functional kitchen w/ utensils, pots and pans. Friendly and responsive host.
Cons: During my stay, the main wifi had some issues. I used a backup one. The wifi signal was weak and with limited speed. Not an issue of this property. Just be aware, Kolonaki is hilly. From metro station to apartment requires some uphill walk/climb. For people with big and heavy luggage, you might need to think if you have the strength to pull all the way up to the property. Roughly walking 40 degrees incline for 10 mins.

Pros: Отличная небольшая квартира-студия в районе Колонаки. Хорошая кровать, душевая кабина, белоснежные полотенца, кухня, оборудованная всем необходимым, балкон, выходящий во внутренний зеленый дворик - всё понравилось. В квартире нет никакой еды - ни воды, ни чая, ни сахара - имейте это в виду. Но зато прямо напротив расположена кофейня, которая открывается в 7 часов утра. Рядом много ресторанов и кафе, есть небольшой супермаркет и фруктовая лавка. Если планируете арендовать автомобиль - с парковками сложно, но найти место можно. Ключ от квартиры нашли легко, заселялись и выселялись самостоятельно без проблем. Хозяин всегда был на связи, спасибо! Внимательно читайте его инструкции, и всё будет хорошо.

Pros: Ολα ήταν πολύ ωραία,καθαρά,τακτοποιημένα κ με εύκολη πρόσβαση.
Cons: Θα ήθελα να υπάρχει ένα μπουκάλι νερό γιατί μπήκαμε πολύ αργά στο δωμάτιο έστω κ για ένδειξη καλοσορισματος κ φροντίδας χωρίς να θέλω να πω το αντίθετο από μέρους σας ,απλά ήταν μια μικρή παράληψη αλλά σημαντική,ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Awesome stay in the heart of Kolonaki
Pros: Host was great and communicative and the space was great. Right in the middle of kolonaki, walking distance to most things and getting to the metro was super easy. I loved the neighborhood.
Cons: Wifi could have been stronger and since it’s facing the garden it’s not the brightest. But a great value for Athens.
