Syntagma Rita apartment 2

Location

Pros: We liked the location, comfort, cleanliness. Good clear communication with Rita. Close to Metro and buses. Lots of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops around. Location was really fabulous. It was also handy to have the washing machine. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons: N/A

Pros: The location of the apartment was excellent, very close to Syntagma Square. If you’re coming from the airport with the X95 bus, you get off right in front, and similarly, you can take the X95 directly back to the airport. Additionally, since the building is where the Parliament is located, it is very safe, so you can stay with peace of mind. The apartment was very spacious, very bright, and had everything—I didn’t need anything. It was spotless.

Cons: Nothing at all

Clean, cosy, and surprisingly quiet in the city center!

Pros: We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is cosy, spotless, and the location is unbeatable—literally steps from the airport bus (which was a lifesaver in the pouring rain today!). Despite being right in the center, it was not noisy at all, so we slept great. Highly recommend for a stress-free stay in Athens.

Cons: Everything was great

Excellent location and room

Pros: The location was ideal. The room facilities were as described. Outside from the entrance of the building is the bus stop of x95 which is very convenient for your transport to the airport.

Cons: The only downside (which actually is not such a big issue) is that during cold days, upon returning to the room you need to switch on the heating of the water to have a nice bath. You have to wait 15 minutes for the water to get hot.

Pros: Perfect location in the heart of Syntagma square. Although it is located at such a central location, it was really quiet. Really comfortable bed, and clean space.

Cons: The apartment is very small, so I would recommend it for short stays. It lacks basic equipment. I would like to have a table and two chairs so we could eat properly. Also nightstands. Since there is no other sitting space except from a very small sofa, you end up sitting on the bed. A nightstand would be nice so you could leave on it a glass of water, a tablet etc. Also in the kitchen, 4 instead of 2 of everything would be nice (plates, glasses, forks, knives). During our stay there was 1 fork, probably a mistake from maintenance service. Overall it could be better equipped.

Pros: Location is unmatched - literally 30 secs from the X95 bus stop from airport. I liked that it’s in a smaller alley right by a restaurant and feels safe at night. Staff was also very helpful when I had some initial questions on the facilities while settling in. Highly recommended!

Pros: Very clean and modern apartment! Comfortable bed and good facilities!

Cons: Our booking was paid immediately, but we didn’t receive the information for self check-in! We didn’t know where the apartment was or where to find the keys! We suggest that you receive the check-in details with booking confirmation, especially with immediate payment!

Great place to stay in Athens

Pros: Very good location to aĺl Athens tourist spots, excellent facilities and great view from rooftop of the Acropolis.

Great location clean an value for money

Pros: Bus from airport stops directly out the front. Had everything you need when travelling including a washing machine. Close walk to most of the attractions in Greece. Tram line near by as well.

Cons: Pillows on bed were not the best an no top sheet so you are hot a cold all the time.

Excellent value and location

Pros: We absolutely loved this apartment. The apartment is located right next to syntagma, down an alleyway with shops. Its location is excellent, yet was still incredibly quiet. The washing machine was a bonus, and the apartment had all amenities that made it feel like you were in a hotel. Overall, we loved this apartment and would return again.
