Garden-studio in a mansion-Athens-Chalandri center

Pros: The apartment was very clean, comfortable and is located close to Chalandri center. The owners are very very friendly and helpful.

Pros: I felt like i came to visit my parents—some feeling of home. A little tip for owners - for added coziness, consider placing flowers on the veranda or nearby.

Perfect place to stay in Athens

Pros: The owner of the apartment, Mr Dimitris is a very good and polite person. Meet us on the check-in date and explained everything about the house. We came by car, so he kindly provided us the parking place, which is very important if you stay in the crowdy area. The apartments are SUPER clean: white sheets, fresh towels, new sleepers and even new sponge for the dishes were waiting for us. There is also the hitting panels which keep the house warm during the cold evenings. Free Wi-Fi and even free access to the NETFLIX account. Also, what was very important for me the bathroom has a bathtub not a simple shower (which is more common in Athens), after the big travel to Athens or all day walking its the best opportunity to relax. So far its one of the best experience in Athens. Thank you so mush Mr Dimitris and Ms Eleni. Hope to see you next time.

Pros: The location. Chalandri is amazing as a location for Athens and the apartment was very close to the center of it. It also had a very nice and easy parking spot for free, both of which are a rarity for Athens. The house was also very cosy and the host super helpful.

Cons: The apartment was a bit too narrow in places. We had to make room to unpack our suitcases. Of course, thats a minor thing, but just mentioning..

I would strongly recommend this to anyone that wants to stay in that area

Pros: Perfect location, very clean with all amenities needed and with private parking (not outside the street!). Walking distance from shops, coffee places and restaurants. Owners very polite and helpful, checked with me everyday if I needed something.

Cons: Can't say there is something that I didn't like.

Great landing spot to explore Athens, outside of the most touristy areas while still having good access

Pros: Having a small kitchen and nice bedroom (and fantastic bed) made the trip feel like a second home. We loved being able to cook for ourselves using the local fresh ingredients we picked up. Our hosts were kind and responsive to our needs. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons: There were power and internet outages in the middle of the night a couple of times. This is not likely a problem for most, but it was annoying for us. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the bedroom that seem to be connected to the heating unit (no person outside seemed to be smoking)

Wonderful Stay

Pros: Everything was perfect. Location was excellent on a quiet street a few minutes from downtown Halandri, the apartment was beautiful and immaculate, and hosts Dimitris and Eleni were warm, helpful, wonderful people - we felt like we knew them. We can't wait to return!

Pros: Υπέροχοι οικοδεσπότες και άνθρωποι ο κύριος Δημήτρης και η κυρία Ελένη, πράγμα που αντιλαμβάνεσαι μπαίνοντας στο διαμέρισμα, η αγάπη γι αυτό που έχουν και ο τρόπος που το μοιράζονται με τους επισκέπτες είναι μοναδική! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη περιοχή σου δίνει την αίσθηση ότι βρίσκεσαι εκτός πόλης με τον υπέροχο κήπο του και την ησυχία! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό, ευρύχωρο, τακτοποιημένο και οι παροχές του ήταν επαρκής και με το παραπάνω! Πάρκινγκ εντός της αυλής με πόρτα που κλείνει! Υπέροχη διαμονή! Το επιλέγεις χωρις δεύτερη σκέψη!!
