Excellent location in an affordable price

Pros: A super convenient flat at an excellent price located within a short walk to Athens Metro. Loads of amenities around (bakeries, cafes, bars at Mavilli square). Super quite 60s studio flat overlooking an internal court yard perfect for short or longer stays. Host was very punctual and allowed me to leave my luggage in flat 2 hours earlier than checkin time and was promptly available on the phone on every occasion I called him (once to ask about how to operate the air-con and the other about instructions on where to leave keys on departure). Hassle free luggage carry as flat is ground floor. Comfy bed

Cons: Lack of coat hangers in corridor. Lack of side lamps left and right of bed Lack of door in bedroom ( I would prefer it as room would get warm quicker) Flat is a little dated and would benefit from a lick of paint

Good Value Close to the Centre of Athens

Pros: The apartment was a good place to stay in Athens for a couple of nights. It was within walking distance of the important places we wanted to re-visit, and pretty handy to the airport bus. It is an older-style place with a comfortable bed, and an adequate bathroom and kitchen. George was a great host to deal with, and he helped us settle in. The balconies on the back of the unit look out on a very quiet courtyard, so there is minimal street noise. It was handy to supermarkets and also a great place to get our boarding passes printed. Thank you.

The best value for money in Athens

Pros: The best value for money one could get in Athens. For the price of a bed in a hostel you get a 1bdr apartment. 5 mins walk to metro. The host (George ) was reacting instantly to any request of mine.

Pros: for this price, you can't find a better place. Very good location, it has everything in it, it is small and old but comfortable and everything worked well.

Pros: Very nice owner, friendly, gave us advice. The apartment is cozy, excellent price to quality ratio. There are two balconies with access to the inner courtyard. Amenities are quite enough for several days. The location is also quite convenient, there are many public transport stops nearly, there are shops, a pharmacy.

Pros: Good location, very clean, very basic and modest interior

Pros: The apartment was very clean and the host very kind. I was there for work and it is near to international congress center. With the metro the city center and Akropolis are very close.

Cons: The hot water quantity permits only very fast shower.
