Pros: Εξαιρετικη τοποθεσία στο κεντρο, κοντα σε μετρο, το δωμάτιο ειναι σε ταράτσα/δωμα οπότε έχει πολύ χώρο εξωτερικά εφόσον ο καιρός ειναι καλός, με θέα. Πολυ κοντα εχει σουπερμαρκετ, ΑΤΜ, εστιατορια κλπ. Για ενα άτομο ειναι ο,τι πρέπει, αλλα και για ζευγάρι. Έχει συνέχεια ζεστό νερό και το κλιματιστικό λειτουργεί άψογα. Εξυπηρετεί ολες τις ανάγκες είτε για επαγγελματικό ταξίδι, είτε για αναψυχή.

Cons: Το δωμάτιο ειναι εξαιρετικά μικρο και θα μπορούσε ενδεχομένως η τιμή να ειναι και καλύτερη. Στο μπανιο υπάρχουν κάποιες υγρασιες που καλο θα ήταν να διορθωθούν. Δικαιολογουνται βέβαια λόγω της μικρής χωρητικότητας με τα νερά που πέφτουν απο την ντουζιέρα.
