A perfect place for a comfortable and relaxing stay — highly recommended!
Pros: The apartment was exceptionally clean, very well equipped, and met all our expectations. The location was excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. The space was comfortable, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here.
Cons: Everything was great, no complaints.

Great value and excellent location
Pros: The apartment was modern, clean, and very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries, so you really have everything right at your doorstep. Beds were very comfortable, there’s air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, and a nice balcony to relax. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Athens. Great value for money!
Cons: The only thing I missed was a microwave, but honestly, everything else was perfect.

Pros: Čisté, pohodlné ubytování s velkorysým rozměrem, 3 záchody, 2 koupelny, naprosto vybavená kuchyň. Moc nás potěšily drobnosti jako kapsle na kávu, kávovar, čaje, čokolády a ouzo. Majitel má cit pro detail.
Cons: Nešla nám zapnout pračka a jako Středoevropané máme problém s matrací a dekou pro 2 😀

Prachtig appartement in leuke buurt op 20 minuten lopen van centrum
Pros: Twee badkamers en apart toilet. Voldoende zitgelegenheid door bank en stoelen.
Cons: Alles prima. Geen vaatwasser maar dat is geen probleem

Pros: Location was great - easy access to supermarket, restaurants. We easily walked to major sights, like the Acropolis. The neighborhood was quiet and the apartment was modern and nicely appointed.

Convenient and Comfortable
Pros: The Gallery provided everything we needed and was within walking distance of all our activities. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable and the amenities were superb. We would stay again!

comfortabel, compleet en ruim appartement.
Pros: geweldig ruim en fris opgeknapt appartement dat aan de beschrijving en foto's voldoet. Ruime indeling, 2 badkamers/3 toiletten, zeer volledige uitrusting in de keuken, er lagen flesjes water in de koelkast klaar/flesje Ouzo, thee/koffie aanwezig. Fijne Nespresso volluto koffiemachine! Goede kwaliteit bedden, fijne airco en appartement was volledig van rolluiken voorzien. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Tegenover appartement ligt een bakkertje (ook op zondag open) en een supermarktje (zondag gesloten, maar andere mini marktets in de buurt). Je kan lekker en voor een goede prijs Grieks eten in de buurt (Georgaki Olympio), we kunnen Kalyvas, Karminio en Asymmetro van harte aanbevelen. 15-20 minuten lopen tot aan Acropolis Museum. Prettige communicatie met de eigenaar en doet zijn best om het je naar de zin te maken. Je krijgt duidelijke instructies voor de sleutels en aanzetten van de boiler etc.
Cons: Niet zozeer dat het tegenviel, maar goed om te weten, laat je niet afschrikken door de straat. Het is een wat rommelige ongezellige straat, met graffiti, vuilcontainers, soms zwervers etc. De uitstraling is niet zo gezellig, maar we hebben met een gerust hart rondgelopen op ieder moment van de dag of nacht. Is een straat als zovelen in Athene, Appartmentencomplex is wat gehorig, als de buren met stoelen schuiven etc dan hoor je dat. In het algemeen is het een rustig complex, ook 's avonds. Wij hebben er geen last van gehad en geen oordopjes nodig gehad. Raam/balkon ligt niet aan de straatkant en kun je open zetten.

Komfortable Wohnung mit sehr guter Lage
Pros: Sehr schöne große Wohnung. Die beiden Schlafzimmer hatten je ein Badezimmer mit Toilette. Zusätzlich gab es noch eine Extratoilette. Die Lage war toll. Man konnte gleich zu Fuß starten. Aber auch Bus und Bahn waren schnell erreichbar. Es gab zwei Balkone, wo man gemütlich sitzen konnte. Waschmaschine, WLAN und Klimaanlage waren die perfekte Ausstattung.
Cons: Hier wäre maximal zu erwähnen, dass es relativ wenig Geschirr gab. Und keine Spülmaschine.
