Gem of an apartment!

Pros: The apartment is just amazing! Clean and modern. Fantastic location in a leafy area with a 60s retro vibe. We loved sitting on the balcony after a hard day of sightseeing and walking. The place was spotless and a joy to stay in. Our host Irene was lovely too

this apartment will be our home away from home next time we are in Athens

Pros: the apartment is modern, stylish, near the city center with a supermarket at the ground floor of the building and an extended option of restaurants in the vicinity.

Cons: there is nothing i didn't like at this apartment. but as a warning: the street is very loud so if you want a quiet place you should look for different accommodation.

Pros: Wonderful hosts. Clean and specious apartment close to center. Many good restaurants nearby. It was a perfect stay!

Pros: Lovely and clean apartment close to the center. Big kitchen and a great balcony. Groceries can be bought right outside and the district feels safe and has a nice atmosphere. It can be a bit noisy at night, but my wife and I are used to earplugs so it was not a problem. The communication with the owners was very good.

Cons: The pillows were a bit hard for our taste and we missed a toaster.

Fine apartment in Koukaki

Pros: Good location in Koukaki. Spacious apartment and fine beds.

Cons: Bathroom and especially shower. Very low ceiling and old shower which you can't attach.

Pros: Spacious, spotlessly clean, newly refurbished, great balcony. Close enough to everything but in an area that is reasonably priced. Irene the owner was very helpful and had many suggestions of places to visit. Highly recommended.
