Cosy Apartment in the Heart of Athens

Cosy and relaxed

Pros: It’s small and as the description said cosy. Its location is quite nice as well. Everything at walking distance. If like us you walk everything if it’s under an hour, most attractions are at walking distance. If you don’t, the metro station is around the corner.

Cons: It’s not that we didn’t like the elevator, it get’s you up the five floors and after a long day, five flights of stairs is not what you’re hoping for, but taking it is an interesting experience. Depending on your preferences that adds to your holiday like it did to ours, or you need to take the stairs.

Must experience it and enjoy !

Pros: A great place to be in the most bohemian area of Athens. Amazing views almost 360 to all the city and a bit to the sea , very bright and airy with a fantastic huge tarrase none of the hotels could bit. Everyday I was enjoying my breakfast there and you can chill with friends or even having bbq there (the house is upper well equipped) inside the apartment is beautifully brand new with a very selective approach on colours on the walls . It is cozy, elegant and modern at the same time . Connect to the city center could not be better . The metro train station is just a few steps away or you can walk to all Athens and explore the city . Highly recommended and for sure to come back.

Cons: Nothing to complain about. Just enjoy the vibe of Athens from these beautiful place.

Pros: Great location, Baran is helpful and a great communicator. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The balcony is fantastic. We will come back

Excellent value and great attention to the important things

Pros: Excellent outdoor space with stunning views. Well equipped kitchen with handy notes on how to get food delivery to do with a discount . Thoughtful throughout - host obviously thinks about what people need- multiple sockets, workspace, black out curtains, Excellent humoured communication throughout when we had some difficult issues with flight cancellations and changes to check in. Good notes around the place about how to switch the hot water etc. Excellent pressure and hot water

Pros: Super nice flat and beautiful view! The neigbourhood is calm, cosy and nice to walk by. The Station is very near and close to everywhere. We'll come back for sûre ! 100/100 ! ✨️🌈

Without the extreme temperatures, my stay would have been more enjoyable, but that was just bad luck

Pros: The large balcony was a bonus; overall the apartment had lots of room and provided a comfortable space. The building is very quiet and felt safe. The host was helpful and responded quickly when I had a couple of issues.

Cons: The oven needed a good clean, I could not use it. The air conditioner's position (kitchen) did not reach the bedroom and as Athens was experiencing extreme temperatures, I could not sleep in the bedroom. Maybe an electric fan would provide some back up?

Good location. Decent little apartment.

Pros: Great location, easy to get around but away from the madness of the really touristic areas. Very near some very good local restaurants, walking distance to the Acropolis through an interesting historic site, and very close to the metro. Great balcony to sit on in evening.

Cons: Kitchen facilities are pretty basic if you want to stay in and prepare your own food.

Vibrant, calm, beautiful place to stay in Athens

Pros: Fantastic location in super charming, calm but vibrant neighborhood. Beautiful, large terrace with great view of sunset. Close to metro station. Apartment is private, clean, spacious, just great. Has a washing machine + drying rack.

Pros: הדירה נראית בתמונות וגם במציאות יפיפיה מושקעת משופצת ואין ספק שהבעלים השקיעו מעל ומעבר ולא חסכו בכלום, יש הרבה ארונות, המון כלי מטבח יש מכונת קפה טוסטר קופץ וטוסטר לחיצה קומקום חשמלי ועוד כל מיני, והם מונחים על השולחן במטבח. הדירה קרובה למטרו כ 5 דקות הליכה, סופרמרקט ליד המטרו.

Cons: הרגשתי צפיפות - המקום די קטן, אי אפשר לשבת לאכול למול השולחן במטבח כי עליו יש את הקומקום חשמלי 2 טוסטרים והיתר, לעומת כל אלו היה מאוד חסר לי דווקא מיקרו גל וטלויזיה. עד היום בעשרות דירות שביקרתי תמיד היתה טלויזיה.. בנוסף יש חדר שמוגדר סלון - אז יש בו ספה, שולחן כתיבה וכסא משרדי נוח מאוד. זהו חדר של כ 6 מר אולי פחות. אז אתה שואל את עצמך בשביל מה הספה? השולחן כתיבה בהחלט היה נחוץ לי לעבודה,ומטיילים שיגיעו ודאי ישאלו את עצמם בשביל מה שולחן משרדי וכו, בנוסף זרם המים במקלחת היה מאוד חלש , להערכתי אם יוחלף הראש טוש לקטן יותר המים לא יתפזרו והזרם יהיה קצת יותר טוב.

Pros: A szállás kiváló helyen van. Közel a belváros, szuper éttermek, bevásárló lehetőség és tömegközlekedés. Ezenkívül biztonságos, lakóövezet, teli bauhaus típusú épületekkel. A lakás nagyon jól felszerelt. Tudtunk főzni, mosni, vasalni. Rengeteg tárolóhely, konyhai eszköz. A terasz pedig napfelkeltében és naplementében is tökéletes hangulatú.
