Overall a great value/experience

Pros: The location is superb and great value for money, everything went smoothly and the company communicated quickly and with no problem. The check-in is just through a code, so it's nice not to have to worry about the key. We appreciated that there's a kettle and a fridge!

Cons: Unfortunately the café below plays loud music almost every evening and it could be disturbing to some. Also due to its size, the room and bathroom get very humid very quickly, so we had to have the window open often and use the ac/ventilation - it's not really a problem, but we had trouble even drying our towels etc. without blasting the ac.

Great location for stay

Pros: The residence was at a great location. All the informations was properly shared and proper details was shared to reach the location.

Cons: The water was coming out of the washroom and there was no mat.

Great affordable stay in central location

Pros: 2 min walk from the metro in a quiet yet Central suburb. Great location and value for money. Check in instructions were clear and check in went well. Space war sort of spacious.

Cons: We had a kettle but no cups to make tea or coffee which we had to supply ourselves.

Pros: The room is good for the price. The location isn't bad, the metro station is super close, which really helps shorten distances around the city

Cons: The only thing is the bathroom: it would be great to add a shower curtain, as it gets full of water and that makes it a bit uncomfortable

Pros: Perfect location, right next to the station and 2 stops from Monastiraki.

Cons: Street noise was quite loud but after a full day of walking around you’re usually too exhausted to notice.

Great visit

Pros: Everything was great! I stayed in Room #3. Overall — clean, everything was spot on. The only small downside is that the room is half below ground level and has only a small window, so the ventilation isn’t ideal. If that could be improved, it would be perfect. Thank you!

Great value of money

Pros: Location and the room in general. Everything was close enough like Super market, bakery, grill restaurant and of course the train station.

Cons: There was no soap for the hands at the room.

Calm and peaceful, safe and cozy and good location!

Pros: Perfect location with metro station just outside, supermarket, bakery, souvlaki restaurant, pharmacy and coffee and pastry shops around! Location is safe and the room is perfect for its price. It’s the second time I’m staying there and for sure if I willl stay again if I will come! I couldn’t close the window and the owner even though I texted late at night around 22:00 was willing to come and close it! I highly recommend it!

Cons: Nothing important just the fridge was creating some sounds and I removed the plug.

Perfect for one night

Pros: The room was perfect for a one night visit, the instructions to enter the room was very easy and clear. Petralona metro station is within 1 minute walk. Also, the landlord is eager to help with your luggage.

Cons: Lack of spoons
