Absolutely to recommend
Pros: Very well equipped, very good position to explore the nearby active areas Plaka. No disturbing noise.
Cons: The area itself is quite different, seeing good things but as well bad things in the neighbourhood

Pros: There are not enough words to describe how much this apartment was the best part of the trip! The apartment is stunning, clean, decorated with good taste and most importantly equipped with all the things you can think of (and what you didn't even think of...) Liroy was helpful, kind, available at any time and for any question or request! The apartment is in the center but quiet location near archeology sites and many restaurants. I have no doubt that we will return again 🙏😊

Pros: Perfetto! Comodo per i mezzi pubblici, a due passi dalla stazione metro di thiseio. L'appartamento è pulito, silenzioso e ha tutti i confort. Una seconda casa.

Pros: Nach dem unsere eigentliche Unterkunft einen Tag vor Reisebeginn abgesagt hatte, waren wir froh überhaupt eine Alternative finden zu können und wurden absolut nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus sieht von außen recht unscheinbar aus, die Wohnung ist aber eine wahre Perle. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement ist einladend und stilvoll eingerichtet. Tatsächlich sieht die Wohnung aus wie auf den Bildern- was nach meinen Erfahrungen mit Booking eher eine Seltenheit ist. Der Host Liroy versorgt einen zu Beginn der Buchung mit sehr detaillierten Ideen für Unternehmungen und hat kleine Geheimtipps parat. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen. Vielen Dank.

Just Like Home
Pros: The apartment is spacious, modern, and has everything we could have possibly needed. The washing machine was so clutch in keeping our packing list light. There were calls for rain during our visit and there were even two umbrellas waiting in the entryway for us! Liroy, the host, kept in communication with us throughout and gave us a list of recommendations. We tried at least 3 or 4 of them, every single one was excellent. His check in/out instructions were incredibly detailed and easy to follow. The apartment is about 2 blocks away from the Psirri nightlife which means it's nice and quiet at night, a plus for us.
Cons: Not a huge deal for us, but be advised that the larger patio space pictured in the listing is not directly attached to the apartment. We didn't seek it out, but it seems like it might be a community space.

Pros: Zeer leuk appartement. De locatie is fantastisch als uitvalsbasis, dichtbij de gezellige buurt in Psyri vol bars en restaurants en dichtbij de meeste historische bezienswaardigheden. Het appartement is zeer goed uitgerust en ruim.
Cons: Het grote terras is gemeenschappelijk, maar dat maakte voor ons niet uit. Er zijn zo veel leuke bars met terras (of dakterras) op 5min van het appartement.

Heerlijke plek als uitvalsbasis om Athene te bezoeken.
Pros: Prima locatie vlak aan de rand van het centrum en toch rustig. Appartement is stijlvol ingericht en alles is aanwezig. Goede airco. Hierdoor een erg aangenaam verblijft gehad. De host niet ontmoet, maar reageerde altijd snel bij vragen.
Cons: Een van de terrassen die op de foto's worden getoond is op het dak en niet toegankelijk vanuit het appartement. Dat was ons vooraf niet helemaal duidelijk. Het terras dat deel uitmaakt van het appartement is wat benauwd en muffig.

Great flat in the center of Athens !
Pros: The flat is greatly located, a couple of minutes from Psyri and Monasteriki. The place is large, comfortable and on a calm street and is greatly equipped. The communication with the owner was clear and simple, I can only recommend booking this place for you next stay in Athens, I know I will !
