Magnificent luxury retrostyle flat Acropolis view

Pros: Proximity to restaurants and city center without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Cons: Area gave off a bit of a bad vibe with lots of graffiti and abandoned buildings. Main bed has squeaky springs in base.

Pros: Everything about this place is great. Located a few mins walk from the main square.. close to metro. Tons of cafes, bars within 7/10 mins walking distance. Shopping on Ermou about 15 mins walk. The apartment is very well maintained. We were a family of 5 and were very comfortable here. Kitchen is well equipped and if you need to get a few essentials, there is a 24 hr market close by. The best part though is how helpful and easily accessible Kitty, the owner was. She helped us with not only the basics like taxi etc but also was helpful for our personal questions about shopping, how to plan some excursions,etc.. Thanks Kitty, we had a great stay at your place.

A very spacious, comfortable, functional apartment in a hip and grungy area.

Pros: Lots of space, good view to the square, oblique view to the Akropolis from a side balcony, having two bathrooms was handy, good soundproofing with double glazing, ac worked well, kitchen was well fitted out.

Cons: It would have been handy to have an information leaflet about local amenities, lifts were very small.

Pros: Perfect location, spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Host is lovely and very helpful.

Cons: The stove took a long time to heat a small pot of coffee.

Pros: Viel Platz. Gute Betten. Zwei Badezimmer. Voll ausgestattete Küche (haben allerdings nicht gekocht). Zentrale Lage in Psyri. Nähe zu vielen Restaurants.

Cons: Der Lärm von aussen war kein Problem, innerhalb des Hauses sind die Wände aber eher schlecht isoliert. Der Lift war etwas abenteuerlich, er hat aber stets gut funktioniert. ;-)

Pros: Ubicación, amplitud, silencioso, todo el piso está perfecto

Séjour de rêve à Athènes

Pros: Appartement très agréable, spacieux et lumineux avec vue fantastique sur la ville et l’acropole, et très bien situé : pratiquement tout est faisable à pied. Nous avons très bien été reçus par Kitty qui nous a donné des conseils utiles pour les restaurants et les visites.

Tutto molto bello, appartamento ottimo e completo, host disponibile.

Pros: Appartamento molto bello, ben arredato, completo di tutto (anche cucina con forno, frigo, pentole e stoviglie), letti confortevoli. Pulizia ottima. Nel nostro appartamento al quinto piano era presente anche un pianoforte in soggiorno. La posizione è buona, appena fuori dal centro storico, puoi raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti l'Acropoli e le altre zone interessanti, vicino c'è anche la fermata Metro di Monastiraki. Se hai l'auto, si riesce a trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Ci siamo trovati molto bene nel nostro soggiorno di 4 giorni, la host Kitty è stata molto gentile e disponibile, anche per agevolarci checkin e checkout con gli orari dei nostri voli.

Cons: L'unica piccola nota negativa è la strada dov'è il condominio, non molto bella, ma questo non dipende dalla proprietà e purtroppo è una cosa comune a quasi tutte le strade di Atene che non sono le principali strade turistiche; comunque vi basta camminare in via Kranaou e in appena 50 metri siete già nella stradina pedonale Ag. Anargiron con negozi e ristorantini, da cui arrivate subito a piazza Monastiraki e a tutta la zona turistica attorno all'Akropoli e al quartiere Plaka.

Alojamiento super recomendable en el centro

Pros: El alojamiento es muy amplio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para sentirte en casa durante una estancia en Atenas. Está en el centro y en los alrededores hay muy buen ambiente para el brunch, comer o cenar, con todos los puntos de interés accesibles a pie. La anfitriona es muy amable y nos dio un montón de consejos y recomendaciones. Le agradezco mucho que nos hizo un late check out y nos dejó quedar en el apartamento hasta las 5 cuando nuestro vuelo salía a última hora de la tarde. En la próxima visita a Atenas no dudaré en volver a este alojamiento. Lo recomiendo totalmente.
