An apartment that suited our stay well

Pros: The apartment was located very conveniently for buses. The metro station was further away but readily walkable. The interior was suitable for a group of 1-4 adults, less so if there are children. It was very reasonably priced. I would be happy to stay here again if I visted Athens again.

Cons: There were limited dining options nearby. I didn't hire a car but if you did, parking will be very hard to find around here.

Pros: When I saw the 5 rating given by the last guest before me (Pavlos), I wondered whether I should proceed with a reservation or not. But due to the low price and the convenient area, I decided to risk it. Finally, the house was perfect in everything and we were more than satisfied. So, I asked the owner why there was such a rating for, which was unfair to the house. The reason was that Pavlos had paid for 3 people, but came 5 instead and because the owner asked him to pay €30 for the extra people for three days of stay, Pavlos took revenge on him in the rating.

Pros: Great location lots of shops and cafes nearby. Quiet building u dont really hear anything apart from cars passing by but thats only if you have balcony doors open. The house has everything u need to cook a meal, wardrobe to put your belongings, a good sized dining table and most importantly for us the beds they are so comfortable. Any questions i had were answered quickly by the owner and we even got to check in early. We were met by Dimitri when we arrived who gave us the keys and told us what we needed to know ,he then returned when we were leaving to collect the keys again. Easy and quick handover, we like the fact we can do as we please and you dont have anyone coming in to clean but there is a brush, pan , bucket and mop so you can clean up any spills and give the place a quick clean.

Pros: Ήταν όλα οργανωμένα πολύ καθαρά η περιοχή ήσυχη και το σπίτι ήταν κοντά σε όλα…θα το ξανα προτιμούσαμε ξανά…Αξίζει!!!

Pros: L emplacement est très bien. Le propriétaire est très disponible en ligne. La maison est bien équipée. Bien climatisée.

Prima locatie, netjes en schoon.

Pros: Het appartement was schoon bij aankomst. Er zijn voldoende schoonmaakmiddelen om het zelf schoon te houden. Voldoende handdoeken. Er is een wasmachine. Om de hoek zijn voldoende winkels, supermarkten en eet- en drinkgelegenheden

Cons: Geen negatieve ervaring. Zéker gezien de prijs. Als mensen meer luxe willen, moeten zij dieper in de buidel tasten. Voor ons was dit perfect!

Pros: Locația aproape de metrou, ușor de ajuns în locurile turistice. O comunicare foarte bună cu proprietarul a oferit indicații utile. Disponibile locuri de parcare infata locuintei. Ap. este dotat cu cele necesare. As alege oricând locația dacă voi revizita Atena.
