Family Apt in Glyfada-Kyprou

Very conveniently located and comfortable apartment, with easy access.

Pros: Great location, right in the hub of Glyfada. Very spacious and comfortable apartment.

Cons: All was good and commendable. The kitchen could perhaps be a little better equipped-e.g a proper coffee machine (there was just a filter machine but I couldn’t find any filters) would be a valued addition. And the shower cubicle could do with a hook for the shower hose.

Comfortable apartment in vibey location

Pros: The location in the vibey part of Glyfada was perfect. The apartment is spacious and has a street facing balcony to enjoy the world go by...it felt very safe. If you are looking for a Greek Authentic home away from home, this is a great rental. We had minor issues and the Managment Company was always available and assisted swiftly in a very friendly manner.

Cons: The apartment was filled with the owners personal belongings. Especially the kitchen amenities were mismatched and felt more like a collection of leftovers than a properly stocked holiday-let. We saw cockroaches but were assured that pest control had recently been done. Some flyscreens were ripped. More attention could be given to providing clean modern amenities to suit a holiday-let e.g. mould-free shower curtain, fresh dish sponge on arrival, bread knife, salad servers, updated cooking utensils, storage space for own groceries. A house manual would be helpful with guidance on aircon, doorbell and some local neighborhood tips. All in all, nothing that can't be improved and make this apartment a 10/10!

Pros: Everything was perfect, simply organized & felt home, location is super, Building is perfect, utilities were excellent, the host was super helpful.

Cons: Some final renovation next door after the weekend but was perfectly handled from the host. 👌

Pros: The position was fantastic and the size of the apartment, spacious and airy all round it was a fantastic place to stay and well organised.

Cons: Sadly while we were there they must have been renovating above us and the intense banging and drilling from 8am in the morning was almost unbearable. When complaining to the hosts all they said is that no one else complained. THey should seriously be aware of whats going on for people who are on holiday so I would make sure of this before booking.

Pros: The location was excellent. The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet, near a lot of restaurants and a walking distance from the sea. The apartment was well equipped including a dishwasher. We'll definitely want to come back again.

Cons: Nothing to mention.

We loved this Athens suburb with the conveniences, beauty and activities!

Pros: The location was perfect! In the heart of activities yet quiet inside! Spacious and clean!

Cons: Bedroom floors were squeaky.

In general, we were happy with it and recommend it.

Pros: All fine ,in the center of Glyfada with perfect accessibility to anything.

Cons: There is no Parking spot till midnight.
