Pros: Great flat, fantastic hosts and wonderful location. You have to go to Spiros and Antonis taverna for food up the road as well. One of the best meals we've ever had and the service was incredible.

Pros: Everything was wonderful! An excellent accommodation choice with great peace and quiet! From the moment we arrived, we felt the warm hospitality and the attention to detail. The owner was extremely kind and willing to assist us, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, fully equipped with all amenities, and beautifully decorated. The bed was best and comfortable. In addition, the location of the property was ideal, close to the center and with easy parking. We will definitely return and highly recommend it!

Nice apartment in quiet residential neighborhood in Athens

Pros: Grocery 2 minutes’ walk, restaurants at both ends of the block. 10 minutes to metro station. Decent apartment, everything works and our family of four was comfortable for a week and had everything we needed. The host is helpful and responsive. Overall a good value. I would stay here again.

Pros: Das Haus war sehr sauber, ordentlich und wunderschön. Es verfügte über eine Klimaanlage sowie Kaffee und Tee, und auch der Balkon war sehr schön. Mir hat wirklich alles an dem Haus gefallen.“

Cons: Nur die Lage war etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt – 30 Minuten und 60 Minuten bis zum Strand, wenn man mit dem Bus oder Zug fährt. Wenn man jedoch ein Auto hat, ist es besser im Vergleich zu den Wohnungspreisen. Außerdem waren die Bus und Zughaltestellen in der Nähe des Hauses.

Pros: Зручно,чисто, багато місця, увага до деталей (гарно укомплектована кухня, ванна, балкон). Зручне місце розташування, недалеко до центру, поруч непогані кафе, супермаркети. Усе сподобалося. Рекомендую!

Pros: Dobra lokalizacja tj. cicha spokojna okolica. Dobre skomunikowanie z centrum Aten, lokal w odległości ok. 700 m od metra. Blisko sklepy.

Βολικό και άνετο

Pros: Αρκετά άνετο σπίτι με καινούργιες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές (μερικές δεν τις χρειαστήκαμε αλλά υπήρχαν). Το κρεβάτι ήταν μεγάλο και το στρώμα αναπαυτικό. Καθαρά σεντόνια και πετσέτες. Υπήρχαν είδη προσωπικής υγιεινής. Ο καναπές κρεβάτι στήθηκε εύκολα και ήταν άνετος. Σε απόσταση περίπου 15 λεπτών με τα πόδια είναι ο ηλεκτρικός του Αγίου Ελευθερίου. Έτσι δεν χρειάστηκε να νοικιάσουμε αυτοκίνητο. Μεγάλος διάδρομος και άνετο χωλ να βάλεις βαλίτσες παπούτσια κλπ Υπήρχε wifi αλλά δεν το δοκιμάσαμε, είχαμε δεδομένα. Υπήρχε καφές και τσάι αν ήθελες να φτιάξεις.

Cons: Τα ντουλάπια της κουζίνας και το μπάνιο θέλουν ανακαίνιση. Τα κουφώματα ήταν παλιά ξύλινα με μονά τζάμια και δεν έχουν καλή ηχομόνωση με αποτέλεσμα να ακούμε την μουσική το βράδυ από μια διπλανή ταβέρνα. Το παντζούρι στο καθιστικό δεν κατέβαινε. Το σπίτι είναι στον δεύτερο όροφο. Δεν ενδείκνυται για άτομα με μειωμένη κινητικότητα (παρόλο που έχει ασανσέρ έχει αρκετές σκάλες).. Η τηλεόραση δεν είχε συντονισμένο κανένα κανάλι (με αρκετή ενασχόληση γιατί δεν ήξερα το μενού της μάρκας Τεσλα, σε περίπου μια ώρα τα έβαλα). Η εξώπορτα δεν ήταν ασφαλείας.
