CENTRAL

Well located apartment which has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Excellent Host.

Pros: I arrived and contact the host via Booking.com and he arrived within 5 mins. Nik handed me the keys and explained a number of things about the apartment, and also the local shops and transport links. Very polite kind and helpful. The apartment is located a 5 min walk from one of the main roads into central Athens. There are multiple public transport services that can have you in the centre of the city within 30 mins. The relatively quiet location of the property makes it a great escape from the town centre. There are also a number of eating and drinking places nearby so if you don't want to use the facilities in the apartment you can eat/drink locally.

Cons: The only comment I would make is that the apartment is a little dark due to its location in the block. So if you need bright sunlight it may not deliver. HOWEVER they have extensive lighting some of which is automatic, I only used it in the evenings and to sleep so it was no problem at all.

Overall I was very satisfied.

Pros: The staff were very nice and helpful, and service-oriented individuals. Good response. very clean apartment

Cons: Need a bigger desk and have a saucepan in the kitchen

Pros: Πολύ καλή συνεννόηση με τον οικοδεσπότη για την ώρα άφιξης και την παράδοση των κλειδιών. Ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και αποκρινόταν άμεσα. Υπάρχουν τα πάντα τριγύρω (φαγητό, μάρκετ, περίπτερο, φούρνος) από το σπίτι. Εύκολη μετακίνηση προς το κέντρο με λεωφορείο, το οποίο χρησιμοποίησα. Υπάρχουν λίγες σκάλες για την πρόσβαση στο κατάλυμα. Το σπίτι ήταν πλήρως ανακαινισμένο.

Pros: Pulizia ottima, simpatia host,ottima posizione a due passi dal centro

Cons: Il letto si potrebbe migliorare

Pros: Ευγενεστατος οικοδεσπότης και εξαιρετική επικοινωνία. Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος με πολύ καλό φωτισμό (και πολλαπλά φώτα ) , καινούργιες συσκευές, πολύ όμορφο μπάνιο. Ευχάριστη η διαμονή θα ξανά προτιμηθεί.
