Good location!
Pros: The location was excellent! Nearby metro station Omonia was super convenient for any kind of trip. Loved to neighborhood - however, i’m not sure if it is the best location for families with children. It is an interesting district in the progress of gentrification. It means that it still has got some problems (and cheap but fantastic food) but at the same time a lot of cool places opens there and for sure it will be getting more exclusive soon. It was awesome. Apartment has got everything you might need and more!
Cons: There was no balcony or view. Maybe bathroom could use a little refreshing.

Read it to know what to expect. Good flat,bad area.
Pros: - good communication with the owner of the flat. He was polite and helpful. - the allocation (close to the metro Omonia, supermarkets, close to the grill tavernas,ouzeri and many others). We liked two places: home food \
Cons: Here i will be honest,sorry. ❗️allocation. This little corner of the street is very bad, very dirty (disgusting), with very bad smell and dangerous (in the night you can see people with drugs in very bad condition,screaming etc) ❗️many mosquitoes in the flat. Hopefully, we got the repellent, it helped not for 100%,but at least we could sleep. ❗️no place to dry clothes. If you stay more than 3 days and need to wasch,there is no chance to get clothes dry. ❗️no view from the flat. It is shadow side and view to this disgusting part of street. What should be improved/fixed: ✔️handle of the bathroom door. ✔️water leaking under of the toilet ✔️the air condition in the leaving room (it doesn't work on the function \

Pros: Big apartament, strategic position to visit Athens. The area has a lot of local cafe, bakery, restaurant, very closed to Metro
Cons: The apartment is in a bad condition alley, but if you just move 10 meters away, the neighborhood is ok.

Really great stay! Amazing location!
Pros: The property was so close to the centre of Athens as well as so many lovely restaurants. The apartment was also so much nicer than it showed on the pictures.
Cons: The bathroom didn’t have the best drainage, so the floor would get a bit wet.

A home away from home!
Pros: The location is perfect for first time and returning visitors to Athens, with everything walking distance from the comfortable and clean apartment.
Cons: The water heating was tricky as it is on a timer, but once you get the hang of it, you learn to work around it's timing.

Nice stay nearby centre
Pros: The location of place was very good and most of attraction is reachable by foot. Some 20-30 minutes to walk. We have car and we found nearby car parking place Polis park that cost very reasonable (just 12 eur per 24h). There is all basic staff that you need for stay. There are quite a few restaurants round (really nearby) that serve a good foot and you could have breakfast or lunch.
Cons: We miss a hot water next morning that was quite a surprise. May be a rooms a bit dark but it is fine during summer time.
