Athens Pangrati cute apt

Pros: Cute little apartment, we really loved it. The only window with daylight is the one in the bedroom, but since we went to the apartment to sleep and shower it was fine with us. With open windows you can hear the neighbours but it did not bother us. The apartment was clean and cozy, the neighborhood was nice. The metro is 12-15min away and there are also several bus stations nearby.

Pros: Fine apartment. Well equipped. Excellent location.

Cons: No natural light (ground floor).

Lovely apartment in a good area

Pros: Lovely apartment, very nice green neighborhood, restaurants close by, stores, supermarkets pretty close too, helpful owner. We had washing machine, which was a plus for us, iron, electric heater, hair dryer.. Etc. No junkies around like we heard in other areas, we felt safe all the time!

Cons: If you are big on natural light, you'll only have that in the bedroom. The plus for that is less noise from the streets and nice shadow in the summer.

Загалом все добре, гарна локація поруч сквер, магазин, ресторан, метро.

Pros: Все необхідне для перебування в квартирі є, тостер, каво машина, холодильник, фен і т.д.

Cons: Ми були в січні, і вночі трохи прохолодно, але є обігрівач та кондиціонер. Також тут не буде гарного виду з вікна, але вид на мандарини є 😍

Very nice neighbourhood, cosy place and clean..with a little not so important but...

Pros: I liked the fast and responsible respond of the owner. The beautiful neighbourhood with amazing park, close to every, supermarket next to home, best coffee and homemade sweets at the square. I loved the easy and cool people loved in neighbourhood.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that there was no balcony, which wouldn't be a problem if the windows could open to some tidy and clean spaces. Literally we couldn't open the windows to let some air in because the outside environment of the building wasn't so clean and beautiful. It didn't matter so much , I would go again. Just suggesting something to make it a better experience. Loved the place and the owner was very kind and fast on replies. Love Pagrati. Will visit again!

Pros: L'appartement correspond à la description, bien équipé, literie confortable. Il est dans un quartier a Assez vivant, avec des commerces. A 20 minutes du métro Evangelismos, très pratique pour rallier l'aéroport.

Cons: Appartement très peu lumineux, en dehors de la chambre, aucune vue.

Pros: Το διαμέρισμα ηταν όμορφο και καθαρό, σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Πραγματικά 15 λεπτά από το μετρό αλλά και 3 λεπτά από το τρόλεϊ. Με όμορφη πλατεία μπροστά, πολλά μαγαζιά για φαγητό, ποτό και ενα σούπερ μάρκετ ακριβώς δίπλα. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαστεί
