Nice apartment in vibrant neighbourhood.

Pros: Nice little apartment in a vibrant neighbourhood. Park view balcony is great to hang out on at night, or you can go down to the park itself for a neoghbourhoos vibe. Being by the park means you'll hear kids playing and adults talking, especially with the windows open. Great atmosphere (I really liked it!), but if you're looking for total silence at 9pm this isn't the place for you. Shutters to keep the heat from the morning sun out, main windows and balcony are in the shade in the afternoon and evening. New AC unit in the bedroom is quiet and effective. Washing machine and clothes rack were super convenient. Pretty close to Evangellismos metro station, also an easy walk to Syntagma Square. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and also a little grocery shop and assorted more specialised food stores. It was easy to get in touch with the owner, who was very helpful.

Pros: L'appartamento offre un'atmosfera accogliente e una piacevole vivibilità. Posizione ottima, quartiere vivo e variegato con diversi bar e negozi essenziali, bus e metro comodi.

Cons: Oggetti non utilizzati e/o rotti accantonati negli angoli. L'impianto elettrico appare un po' precario.

Nice charming place in a nice charming neighborhood

Pros: The location, the terrace view, the comfy bed, apartment organisation. Really this apartment has everything you need even for a longer stay. We came by car, and were lucky to grab a parking spot in the same street (after a couple of minutes searching), because we wanted to take our stuff out to the apartment. Little did we know, that they don't charge parking in this street. Oh what a relief! The instructions for getting in, and how to use the facilities in the apartment were crystal clear. The apartment itself is old, but it is clean and has its soul. We felt pretty comfortable and welcomed. The neighborhood is full of stores, places to eat and drink, and has nearby park. Our overall impression is second to phenomenal 9/10

Cons: It is old and clean, but could use some fixes here and there. Bathroom doors are noisy. Also the bathroom itself is not for basketball players. Especially if you enter the bathtub. I am 190 and found it low. Also the terrace shades are a little bit noisy when it's windy outside, and you couldn't bring them up or down. But i am picky and these are not deal breakers. The only thing that bothered me is that on the instructions it said that you shouldn't throw paper in the toilet. Now i assume that there is a drainage problem (bathtub also drained poorly), but this is something that should be addressed urgently, because not throwing your paper in the toilet after wiping is highly unsanitary, and can cause health issues (not to mention odors).

Pros: Situato in un quartiere familiare, tranquillo, lontano dal caos turistico e ben collegato. Pulito, peccato solo che mancavano i detergenti per la cura del corpo(shampoo, bagnoschiuma e asciugacapelli) Tutto sommato, niente male

Je reviendrai à Charming retreat!

Pros: J'ai aimé le quartier, les commerçants, le balcon surplombant une petite place animée. Bien qu'un peu vétuste, l'appartement est équipé et tout fonctionne.

Cons: Prévoir également des draps pour le lit-canapé.

Pros: Great location in the heart of Pagrati. Very lively area. Good apartment.
