Great value for money and a good location for a stay in Athens

Pros: The apartment was great and far exceeded my exceptions. Nikolas was helpful and friendly, and met me at the property to show me around. The apartment was very clean and much more spacious than expected. A very nice touch were the toiletries and bits in the fridge. It was also nice to have a small outdoor space. The location feels more local then touristy, which I enjoyed - with lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. It is also close to supermarkets and metro station. I only stayed a night, but would definitely recommend to others and would stay again on future trips to Athens!

Cons: The washing machine unfortunately did not work and there was no kettle, but other than that, everything was great.

Pros: Very well organized. I had everything what I needed.

Pros: location was good, 4 blocks to petralona metro station, close by large well stocked grocery store, restaurants close by. overall ok basement apartment. shower water flow good and hot water.

Cons: things that host could have done: improved mattress (a bit lump), black out curtains instead of flimsy gauze, cold water in bathroom sink was a dribble, things outside host's control, occassional dog bark in buildidng, some noise bleed, strong cooking smells in hallway.

Pros: The apartman was great and clean, 5 mins walk to the metro station. You can find supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The host is kind, he waited for us with the keys.

Cons: Just a small thing, we could not close the bathroom door completely

Very nice district and cozy flat

Pros: Great location in a nice and calm district close to the old town; clean and comfortable. The only thing is that the windows are on the bottom of the street and it’s quite noisy but we were aware of that. The flat has everything you may need. I would recommend it for the next stay.

Top location , top house !

Pros: Top apartment! Very clean , plenty of room , small backyard, kitchen with all necessary equipment, washing machine, oven, fridge and freezer. I had big plate with grapes in the fridge and bottles of water + ice packs and frozen water in the freezer. Strongly recommended!

Cons: Nothing wrong with that!

Pros: The balcony of this place is an absolute highlight. I will look for this place first next time I visit Athens.
