Perfect

Pros: Large and comfortable apartment, well appointed and very well situated. Quiet (pedestrian street), awesome balcony. I can only recommend.

Cons: The only negative point was not being able to stay longer because my holiday was over...

Pros: The apartment's location is unbeatable. Tucked away on a quiet street, it offers peace and security, yet it’s only a short walk from major sites like the Acropolis, Plaka, and several convenient metro stations. Being close to local bakeries and small tavernas added so much to the authentic Athenian experience. The host, Dorean, was exceptionally responsive and helpful, providing clear check-in instructions and . He truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. It was reassuring to know we could reach out if needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean upon arrival—it felt fresh, modern, and very well-maintained. The interior design is stylish and comfortable. Given the prime location, modern comfort, and excellent hospitality, Lucas 1 offers incredible value. We would recommend this apartment without hesitation to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in Athens. We hope to return soon!

Pros: We were very happy with our stay. The apartment was clean enough and had everything we needed. The location was great — quiet yet only a few minutes’ walk from the metro, making it easy to reach the city center. The host was kind and responsive. A good choice for a short stay in Athens. 🌿

Pros: Can not recommend this place enough. Spotless clean, very comfortable beds and had everything you would want. The balcony is huge and gets plenty of sun. It's very close to everything and the metro is 3 min walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Nicely furnished, spacious apartment with a large outdoor terrace. Great location near the historic center and the Acropolis. We had a wonderful stay here with our family of 5.

Pros: The apartment was in the perfect location for us, as we wanted to be near the Metro (2 minute walk) and also be able to walk to most attractions, restaurants etc. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The huge terrace was a bonus.

Pros: The apartment is big and comfortable: 2 nice big bedroom with comfortable beds. The shower is big and very nice water and drainage. Separate kitchen n dining area. Kitchen is well equipped with induction top oven toaster washingmachine coffee maker The balcony is my reason to go back their again and again. Its very big and with nice dine chair the ambience around the place is nice. We spend most time there having the sun and family time Location is excellent very near to centrum well comnected by metro 2mins walk, the hop-on-hop-off bus points are also in 2mins walk Lot of restaurants and cafes beside opened till night to pickup or eat and also supermarket

Cons: The cleaning can be better

Pros: Nice clean apartment, good quality amenities. The key pick up arrangements worked well and all communications and questions were answered quickly and efficiently.

Cons: Only one very small thing, no plug in the bathroom sink. A minor problem.

Pros: Very spacious and clean apartment. Everything we needed was available.

Cons: The area is quite rough- we avoided walking back at night but it was still unnerving. The property itself was lovely.
