Honey, I'm home...

Pros: We really couldn't have been happier at Apartment 11; it was so well equipped, modern and cosy that we felt we had arrived home the minute we stepped inside. The cute garden and patio were indeed a treat and we really enjoyed drinking wine out there and chatting. The bed was super comfy and the AC's really did their job. The neighbourhood was very tranquil and blessedly non-touristic and yet the metro was just a 10 minute walk away, rendering all Athens accessible. Check-in/out were flawless and Yiorgos, our host, was ever so helpful, informative and always prompt to reply to our queries. Thank you and Efharisto! Sabina & Hans-Christian Schulz

Cons: We liked everything so much that we rebooked the apartment for our next stay in Athens in a few months

Pros: Everything is excellent! It was a pleasure to stay in this apartments. Calm and pleasant area. Apartments in a great condition with all necessary staff for comfortable living. We were especially pleased with the excellent attitude of the landlords: they prepared detailed instructions in advance indicating places where you can eat and what you need to see. During our stay, they kept in touch all the time. We really liked this place and we will definitely recommend it to our friends!

Sehr schön und außergewöhnlich

Pros: Das Appartement hat den Bildern entsprochen. Es ist sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung ist neu. Es hat eine sehr ruhige Lage ist aber dennoch sehr zentral gelegen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet auch für einen längeren Aufentahlt alles was man benötigt (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, ...). Das Bett ist groß, sehr gut und komfortabel und bot uns einen erholsamen Schlaf. Die Klimaanlagen haben sehr gut funktioniert und schufen ein angenehmes Raumklima. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und hilfsbereit. Fazit: Das Appartement ist sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Appartamento delizioso comodo per il centro

Pros: L’appartamento è davvero delizioso: comodo, perfettamente equipaggiato e curato in ogni particolare. Un po’ poco luminoso, ma davvero pulito e con un giardino molto carino. In tre fermate di metro si arriva in pieno centro e c’è un noleggio moto a 10’ a piedi.

Cons: La distanza dalla metropolitana non è eccessiva, ma - forse perché faceva molto caldo - avrei preferito che quei 700 metri fossero meno.

Eccezionale

Pros: Casa pulita,accogliente con tutto il necessario. Un bel giardinetto e balcone di cui usufruire. Il letto era comodissimo e la casa molto silenziosa.
