Great Gem In Athens!

Pros: • Friendly, accommodating and responsive host • Lock box which made it easy to check-in/out • Spacious modern flat and well-equipped amenities. The kettle needs replacing due to the fault lid • Beatable price and location--close to Larissi and Victoria Metro lines • Highly recommended!

Cons: • The mattress is way too soft for our liking • The area could be a bit daunting for female solo travellers, however there are plenty of cafés, kiosks and restaurants nearby.

Great apartments for a family of 4

Pros: We really liked the apartments - it is cosy, has had two air conditioning devices and a TV with netflix. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment had been a bit far from the Acropolis, but close to metro and railway. Overall I would recommend!

Cons: The distance to the acropolis and city centre - not walking distance, you have to use the metro or railway. The surroundings were a bit shabby, dirty.

Top-Wohnung in zentraler Lage.

Pros: Sehr hochwertige, gepflegte & gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Es gibt einen kleinen, nostalgischen Aufzug & eine bewachten Parkplatz in der Straße, was hilft, wenn kein Parkplatz frei ist.

Cons: In der Küche könnte es etwas mehr Kochutensilien & Gewürze geben aber man kommt zurecht. Ich habe einige Gewürze gekauft & da gelassen. Die Umgebung ist nicht gerade nobel aber durchaus typisch für Athen.

Apartamento muy recomendable por relación calidad-precio. El casero siempre pendiente por teléfono.

Pros: Limpieza y ubicación, muy cerca de la estación de metro Larissis, y relativamente cerca de la zona centro- cultural de Atenas.

Cons: La cafetera funcionaba fatal.

Ottimo appartamento

Pros: L appartamento era nuovissimo e spettacolare e c’era tutto quello di cui hai bisogno in viaggio. Asciugacapelli, macchina del caffè, pentole, lavatrice, acqua in bottiglia da bere. Assolutamente tutto. Il proprietario simpatico e molto disponibile

Cons: La posizione, un po’ defilata dalla acropoli e in una zona un po’ degradata

Comfortable apartment, everything new

Pros: The apartment was recently renovated, everything is new, nice and clean. There is a nice balcony, perfect for morning coffee, before it gets too hot outside. Sleeping is comfortable because there is no noise and there are shades to make the room completely dark if you prefer. One of us slept in the living room and that was also comfortable if you don't mind a harder mattress. The location is good, just a short walk from two different metro lines. We felt safe in the neighborhood all the time. There are many shops in the neighborhood. All the facilities worked well. It takes a minute or two to get the hot water if it wasn't used for some time. Communication with the host was good and easy and they were helpful.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.
