Central flat - 2 Metro stops from ACROPOLIS-PLKA

Pros: The apartment in general is situated very well and strategic from the acropolis, the host was very kind and caring to us, the tv had Netflix for use in case you got bored and most important, 2 air conditioners. The bed and couch were very comfortable, and the interiors looked like a mix of modern and classical furniture which I found very appealing and I liked that. If I had to stay another time in Athena, I’ll gladly book this apartment again, everything was very nice.

Cons: Inside the elevator and corridors of the building there was a really bad smell, and when you enter the apartment there is a smell of closed that go away when you start the conditioner. Also keep the windows closed, especially the one in the bathroom. The last night of the stay there was a big cockroach near the window of the bathroom because of the other people balconies

Pros: Clean apartment with recent upgrades, good air conditioning, convenient location, shops and cafes nearby, metro in a walkable distance. The flat is spacious and comfortable, save for the hallway with bunk beds. It is visible that the owner is making step by step improvements in an old but decent property. Good value for money. All in all, I'm quite satisfied.

Cons: The flat could use an overall renovation and a few upgrades in the kitchen and bathroom. There are old bunk beds in the hallway, giving a negative impression at the entry which could be avoided. Arriving in the neighborhood at night has also not been particularly pleasant, even though it proved totally safe in the end.

Pros: Decent location, 500 meters from metro, host was extremely helpful and responsive, two air-conditioning units inside (but one is enough), couple of markets in the vicinity, very good bakery across the street. Parking is not free, there are couple of them in the circle of 500 meters. Frankley speaking, I would come back in this accommodation

Value for the money and amazing host

Pros: The host Mike is an amazing person, very helpful, who genuinely makes sure that his guests feel at home.His hospitality is 10 out of 10.

Cons: Everything was great, good Wi-Fi, smart tv with Netflix, we had a great time, we were there for 11 days and felt safe in the area, conveniently located.

Pros: Αρκετά προσεγμένο και καθαρό. Η τοποθεσία αρκετά καλή, κοντά στο κέντρο.

Pros: Η τοποθεσία ηταν τελεια γιατι ειχαμε πρόσβαση σε μεσα μαζικής μεταφοράς,σε κεντρικα σημεία,σε Super Market,σε εστιατόρια,σε Σινεμά,σε καφετέριες,επίσης η περιοχή ηταν ήσυχη, μια τελεια τοποθεσία που σου κανει την καθημερινότητά πολυ ευκολη για μια διαμονη ευχαριστεί. Να τονίσω επίσης πως σε 15 λεπτα βρισκοσουν στην καρδια τις πόλης και στο πιο γοητευτικό σημείο τις Αθήνας την Ακρόπολη,Το συνιστώ το κατάλυμα ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το προτιμήσω χωρις δεύτερη σκέψη.

Cons: Σε ενα υπέροχο κατάλυμα δεν χωράνε αρνητικά σχόλια.😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
