Comfortable stay in a great neighbourhood
Pros: Very cosy and stylish apartment. You can adjust the space due to big sliding doors and make it 2 rooms, separated from the corridor or kind of one huge room. Decent amount of kitchenware. 2 comfortable armchairs. Nice electric lightning
Cons: Neighbourhood is great, but it's the top of the hill, so you always need to go up. Shower cabin lacks a door, but it wasn't a big problem. Chairs in a dining room aren't very comfortable. Limited amount of natural light

Pros: Very, very good location, very good neighborhood, very safe, nice flat's layout.
Cons: Not as much natural light as I would have liked and no balcony because the flat was lower than a normal ground floor.

Pros: It's a beautiful apartment, well equipped and located in a fancy neighborhood by the Lycabettus hill. Outside of all the noise and rumble of the city, but close enough to explore it's highlights. With the bonus that with a 20-30 minutes walk (or in my case, a 10 minutes run) you will reach the top of the hill with it's absolutely magical view of the city all the way to the sea.
Cons: Nothing to report, perhaps just make sure that you are able to climb a lot of stairs and steep streets since it's located on a hill.

Host disponibile, cortese e corretto, risponde rapidamente per consigli o necessità.
Pros: Casa organizzata molto bene, finemente ristrutturata e estremamente pulita. Una sola camera da letto con un grnade armadio e una poltrona di servizio ma armadiature capienti e ripiani abbondanti anche nell'ingresso, che possono essere utilizzate comodamente se si soggiorna il 4 o 5 persone usando anche il divano letto matrimoniale e la poltrona letto singola presenti nella zona giorno. Cucina fornita di tutto. Stoviglie contate ma sufficienti per 4 persone. La posizione ottima per visitare il centro di Atene. Zona residenziale a ridosso del centro storico. Comodissima e ben collegata. Zona sicura a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. Tra l'altro presente h24 la scorta del presidente Mitsotakis che abita nel palazzo a fianco.
Cons: Ai piedi del monte Licabetto, un po' in salita, non particolarmente accessibile per disabili. Non ha balconi ed è al piano rialzato, ma fornito di stendino che è possibile posizionare nella zona giorno. L'illuminazione interna lo rende luminoso.

Pros: The property was a good value and suited our family of 4 for the few days we stayed. Thankful it had a washer.
Cons: Couch was not confortable. No natural light.

Pros: Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία,όλα τα αξιοθέατα είναι πολύ κοντά!!! Τέλειο σπίτι, πανέμορφο και πεντακάθαρο!!!! Πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο: σκεύη,είδη καθαρισμού, συσκευές!!!!
Cons: Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο - ημιυπόγειο και δεν έχει μπαλκόνι...

Pros: Πολύ όμορφος και καθαρός χώρος,αν και δεν είχα τον χρόνο να το απολαύσω ,έφευγα το πρωί και επέστρεφα αργά το βράδυ λόγου δουλειάς…το σπίτι είναι εξερετικο!!!εννοειτε ότι θα το ξανά προτιμήσω ..

Pros: Allem voran muss ich die Sauberkeit des Apartments hervorheben. Es war sehr sauber, deshalb auch die volle Punktzahl. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles zu bieten, was man bei einem Aufenthalt benötigt. Und ja, sie befindet sich im Souterrain aber das hat mich persönlich nicht gestört. Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Man kann prinzipiell alles zu Fuß erledigen. Die Kommunikation mit der Wohnungseigentümer war super! Sie hat all meine Fragen in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Ich kann dieses Apartment absolut weiterempfehlen.

Pros: דירה מאורגנת, נקיה ומסודרת במיקום מצויין בשכונה מדהימה למרגחות הר ליקבטוס. הדירה ענקית עם מטבח מאובזר, מכונת כביסה ומתלה כביסה. סביבה בטוחה מאוד.
