Pros: This place exceeded our expectations. We were staying 7 days with our 2 kids. The location was great, near Acropolis, good restaurants and cafes. We liked the neighborhood, even the pizza and burger place in front of the building were great. What we really liked was that the apartment was stocked up with all amenities. So there was coffee, wine, tea, material for sandwiches, snacks.., even small details like new dish detergent, disposable slippers, enough towels... The heating of the water mentioned in other comments is not a problem at all, water heats up after 10min.
Cons: The noise from construction work of the building next door, but it is not that bad

Pros: I almost loved everything. The apartment was very comfortable and with an excellent location. The host is very nice, and I love that he really tries to make you have a good check in and checkout time if possible. Me and my family could stay a little bit longer, what was perfect for us. All the complimentary items that the host left for us to have breakfast and a nice stay was lovely.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the shower, where you need to wait 45min before you can take a hot shower.

Tutto eccezionale tranne il bagno, la macchina del caffè ed il wifi.
Pros: Quasi tutto. Appartamento molto grande. Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Ottima la posizione. Ottimi tutti gli altri servizi : frigo, lavatrice, non mancava nulla. Ci hanno fatto trovare cibo, acqua, vino. Veramente notevole.
Cons: Il Bagno è piccolo in rapporto alle persone che l'appartamento può ospitare (eravamo solo in tre ed abbiamo avuto problemi), Toglierei la vasca e metterei una doccia e, soprattutto, un bidet. La macchina della caffè, tipo Nescafè, e le relative cialde veramente pessima. Usciva acqua colorata.....dispiace dire questa cosa ma un buon caffè al mattino per un italiano è fondamentale. Durante il soggiorno il WIFI ha funzionato molto poco. Lentissimo o proprio assente.

Pros: Vynikajúce miesto, apartmán vybavený, pohodlný v blízkosti reštarurácií, barov a všetkých turistických miest. Ideálne na krátky pobyt.
Cons: V susedstve stavajú novú budovu a keď ráno začnú pracovať zbíjačky, nezdvihne vám to náladu. Ale inak to bolo OK.

Simplemente fabuloso
Pros: Fantástico!. Apartamento muy amplio, con una ubicación excelente, limpio, luminoso, con buen aire acondicionado. Además con extras como lavadora de ropa, y... nos dejaron vino, pan, mermelada, galletas, mantequilla, café, té, caramelos etc,. Realmente fue mucho mejor de lo esperado y nos hizo la estadía en Atenas muy grata. Muchas gracias por todos los detalles y lo cuidado del apartamento. Volvería feliz otra vez. Apartamento absolutamente recomendable!!!!

This rental was a great location for our archeological adventure in Athens.
Pros: Location was great. Washing machine was an unexpected bonus.
Cons: More storage space to unpack clothes in twin BR would have been nice. I don't like living out of a suitcase.

Excelente acomodação!
Pros: O apartamento é excelente, muito bem mobiliado, bonito, confortável. Tem todos os itens necessários para uma cozinha. O anfitrião, que nos responde quase que de imediato por WhatsApp, nos deixou deliciosos itens de café da manhã e lanches, o banheiro incrivelmente tem todos os itens que precisamos! Atentar para as orientações do banho quente, que funcionou perfeitamente, é só seguir as instruções. Camas e enxovais muito confortáveis, amenidades numa necessaire muito fofa. Mimos espalhados por toda a acomodação. Ar condicionado ótimo! Localização perfeita num bairro animado, cheio de restaurantes e bares, aos pés da Acrópole. Nós não poderíamos escolher lugar melhor, recomendamos fortemente.
Cons: Gostamos de absolutamente tudo.

Fantastico appartamento!
Pros: Ci è piaciuto TUTTO! Posizione perfetta, a 5 minuti dalla metropolitana, dalla quale con una o due fermate si è nei luoghi di maggiore interesse culturale. L'appartamento è grande, arredato con ottimo gusto, completo di tutto. L'host ci ha fatto trovare tantissimo cibo per la colazione, caramelle, persino una bottiglia di di vino di birra..tutto compreso nel prezzo del soggiorno! Ed è sempre stato veloce ed efficiente nel rispondere alle nostre richieste. Voto: 10!
