Athens Panoramic Penthouse

Even though the road noise bothered us the trade off is the unit and its accessibility to everything.

Pros: The unit itself was excellent. Everything we needed. We were close to the tram so getting around was easy.

Cons: The unit is right on the freeway and the road noise is constant.

It was a great time spent in Athens

Pros: The apartment was spacious and clean. A huge balcony was a great addition, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. It's located in a quiet area of ​​Athens, surrounded by small streets. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so everyone will find something they enjoy. The host was very kind and understanding, even preparing fruit, wine, and water for us. Definitely worth the price.

Pros: View from terrace and general high standard of finish and comfort.

Cons: Would have liked a local guide booklet with recommended place to eat and shops etc. would have saved us some time in finding out way around. Handy for tram but really need to use an Uber a lot to get around.

Amazing Penthouse apartment close to marina and beaches.

Pros: Amazing view! Spacious apartment! Wrap around balcony with furniture outside so you can sit and enjoy the view. Water and fruit (and wine) to welcome guests. Coffee pods and creamer at the ready. There was even ice in the freezer for us! Able to text host and get immediate response. Washing machine was great because we had lots of clothes to wash. Clothesline outside was nice and quickly dried our clothes. Short walk to grocery store for supplies. My daughter's phone fell into the grate for street runoff. I called the host and they immediately contacted the municipality and arranged for them to open the grate and look for the phone the next morning. We found it and it still worked! That extra help was very much appreciated. Above and beyond what we expected!

Cons: Instructions for washing machine in Greek...had to use Google translate to figure it out. We lost power for a while but left to go siteseeing anyway. But could not use elevator...top floor.

Pros: The apartment was modern, spacious and well appointed.

Cons: The wi-fi could have been better and the road noise was not helped by the motorbikes with the big bore exhausts.

Beautifull penthouse with spectacular views

Pros: This light, bright and airy, beautifully furnished penthouse offers superb views and spectacular sunsets. A welcoming of fresh fruits and a bottle of wine was waiting in the modern kitchen, that is fully equipped with anything anyone would possibly need. For TV lovers, there is an extra-large screen in the living room (as well as 2 large screens in each of the bedroom). Plenty of comfortable sitting in the living room and on the specious balcony. The location is within a few minutes' walk to the sea and nearby park. By car, there is direct access to the main roads leading into the center of Athens, and the surrounding area, in addition to the nearby bus stations and the tram. It was a pleasure to be greeted by the lovely Dora, who made sure everything was clear, was available to answer any of my questions, and even checked a flight arrival time for me, later in the evening.

Cons: Parking is freely available in the streets, but can be a bit challenging to find when arriving during the later hours of the evening.
