Pros: מחיר מעולה לתמורה דירה גדולה, נקייה, מרווחת ומאובזרת מאוד. יש 5 חדרים עם מיטה זוגית ועוד חדר אחד עם מיטה וחצי. יש 3 מקלחות ו 2 תאי שירותים. יש כלים להכין אוכל וסופרמרקט פתוח ממש קרוב. יש מגבות נקיות מאוד לכולם. הדירה קרובה לתחבורה ציבורית אבל לא קרובה למרכז אתונה במרחק הליכה.

Cons: כדי שיהיה מים חמים לכל הקבוצה צריך שהדוד לא יכבה לרגע. גם הזרם מים במקלחת חלש ואי אפשר להתקלח במקביל בגלל זרם המים
