Pros: Εύκολα προσβάσιμη τοποθεσία και πάρκινγκ στο ίδιο το καταλημμα

Cons: Χαλασμένο Κατζουρίδης στο ένα δωμάτιο με αποτέλεσμα να μην αερίζεται ο χώρος και να έχει πολύ ζέστη. επίσης στο μπάνιο βούλωνει η μπανιέρα και ο νιπτήρας

Άνεση και γούστο!

Pros: Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα, με γούστο και άνεση! Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ διακριτικός, προλάβαινε κάθε ερώτηση. Η κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη, τα δωμάτια άνετα.

Cons: Το μοναδικό ψεγάδι που εύκολα διορθώνεται είναι στη μια κρεβατοκάμαρα δεν έχει παραθυρόφυλλα και στη άλλη έχει, αλλά δε λειτουργούν.
